I work late hours so the fact that they deliver is a plus, then my order gets canceled last minute, literally I was watching it all, and I'm messaged about it and that I will be refunded, well its been 5 days! 5 days! 40 dollars is alot for me and I still can't get ahold of anyone about it!
Bought two sandwiches for breakfast the order was taken, it was accurate, drive thru lane was quick, food quality was good as far as fast food it was good but nothing that really stands out, but all in all definitely worth it to stop it.
Not their A team on the night cooking line but the lady at the window was a dream. This place is usually good so maybe it was a new cook? Tacos smashed and cold food. I do understand rough nights happen and as I said usually good food so 3 stars.
With dine-in still closed when I last visited, it boggles my mind how it can take 15 minutes to go through a drive thru at a fast food joint when there's only 1-2 cars ahead of me. This problem isn't exclusive to this location. I've been to 2 other drive thrus in the area and they're all ungodly slow. Why?? Not sure how they're still in business since this has been a problem since the pandemic started. Don't waste your time going here!
The drive-thru is rarely open any time very early morning (1-4am) which is annoying when they are supposed to be 24 hours. At the very least block the drive-thru lane so people aren't wasting their time trying to order.
Went to get some food on way home tonight and in line for 15 or mins it's 11:30pm. Online says 24hrs, it's always been 24hrs at this location. What the heck. Then the guy working there as we all in line are trying to get out of the drive thru was rude and is like we are closed. Very irrataing!!
The food was okay, but so understaffed. The poor girl on the window had to work the line as well. She did her best.
Exceptional service. Freshly made burgers, shakes, and hot fries. Easy access from S/B Hwy 522 as well as back onto 228th to get me up the hill and home. I love Jack.
Prices are getting a bit out of control, but their rotating combo deal is usually a decent value. Tacos are still a guilty pleasure and reasonably priced. Unfortunately, they are no longer 24/7, but hopefully that's a temporary staffing issue, because they were the only 24/7 food in the area.
Only saying it was worth 5 stars. Because of lientttes amazing customer service!
