Consistency great taste and affordability always come to mind as I've do a lot of take out from Ivers especially when I'm short for time and want to get something that's not a burger. I'll get like a three-piece Cajun and a Caesar salad and I don't feel as guilty as when I eat a hamburger and french fries. LOL Having said that the staff here is always super friendly super courteous and very efficient at taking your order and things don't take very long at all.
I was having a really tough day when I visited. The cashier could tell, even though I was wearing my mask! When he delivered my food, which was delicious, he said, "You look sad. Is there anything I can do to help?" We need more people in the world like him!!
It's a cute seafood fast food place. Our server was very helpful and pleasant. On the spendy side but the food was tasty. Would go again.
Heaven in a bowl.The Ivar’s in Bothell…Very friendly staff who treated me very well. Everything came out hot and fresh. There is nothing that beats that chowder.
We love Ivar’s for their family size Full Boat Special for $33.50. The fish tastes delicious! Highly recommend this place.
This was not good. Clam chowder was super bland, had to put salt and pepper into it. Paid 16 bucks for the wild Alaskan Pollack Special; came with 3 “pieces” of fish, fries, and soup, had about 1 to 4 ratio of fish to fries :/ (no fish.) Thank god I could expense this meal out, otherwise I would have walked up to the counter and asked for my money back. This was astonishingly awful. I’m from NY, knew I couldn’t trust a PNW’er on a recommendation for food lol.My waitress and cook were super nice! The people were great, just …. Boooo on the food. More then disappointed.
Worst service every 5/19 not the customer fault you are short staffed, I paid $42. For a meal not to be left on a counter and get cold Because you’re worried about Uber eats meals!
One of our favorite places to eat while in Washington. Clam strips and fries were very tasty as was the chowder. Everything was hot and the to go orders were correct.
How lucky that the rv campground is right across the street from an Ivar's. Ate here too many times while staying for a week. The clam strips are delish, clam chowder was great, as always. I wasn't that impressed with the salmon and chips but it was good. We ordered to go each time and the order was correct and hot.
Ordered and paid at 3pm online to be ready at 5pm. I was late at 515pm and walked into chaos. No signage outside how to pickup orders online. I walked thru exit and upto counter. 1 employee taking orders, manager cooking and 2 other employees scampering around. Over 10 in line to order and another 10 plus standing waiting for orders. I was asked what I needed. Told them I was picking up prepaid order. Took them over 10 min to put chowder in a bowl and small salad. Walked out 25 min later than order should have been ready. Salads without dressing should be pre-made, and online orders should be ready near expected times.
