My wife and I just came back from a whole day of flying and placed an order from this store through doordash at 7pm today.The store accepted it at 7:01pm and right when the dasher went to pick it up an hour later, they cancelled the order. When I called an employee told me that they closed at 730pm and then transferred me to a "manager" that said they closed at "around 7" and accepted the order by mistake, only to cancel it an hour later when we could've ordered from a different place. Essentially they wasted a dasher's time who's making minimum wage and they lied about the time they closed. Both employees had a very condescending tone. All in all I wouldn't trust these people with my food
Many times my family has ordered here and we have had amazing experiences and the food is always delicious especially the garlic bread!
Owner cussed me out when I called to tell him that his store messed up my order.
My pizza was messed up so I called to correct it and the “owner” had a terrible attitude and told me it wasn’t his problem and cussed me out and hung up on me. Not sure if he was the actual owner or just some snot nosed kid who was pretending to be but his behavior is unacceptable.
I usually don’t write reviews unless the service is wonderful and someone needs help growing their business. But I have been meaning to say something kind about this pizza chain in our neighborhood for years so today is the day. First off, their pizza is our favorite!! The pizzas are consistently high quality and every time we branch out we have a new favorite - smokin sweet BBQ, gourmet garlic!But secondly, (and the reason I felt inclined to write this); the customer service at this branch is consistently exceptional. The employees who work at the Mill Creek Garlic Jim’s are all so pleasant and it has been this way for years! I keep thinking we just caught them on a good night but it is clear to me that they hire just genuinely good people. They are always so welcoming and even the people in the back making the pizzas will often strike up brief conversation or thank you for coming in - but it never feels awkward or forced, just genuine and comfortable. Happy to support our local gem.
Bland pizza and sorry I did not like it.
They delivered pretty quickly but their wings were basically tasted like microwaved chicken it was disgusting for the price they charged
This is my favorite pizza place around! I prefer Garlic Jims over many competitors in the area because of the high quality, fresh ingredients. The homemade pizza sauce is very tasty! I like the vegetarian pizza and when asked, I know it will be handled separately from the meat pizzas. Pricing is a bit higher than other pizza places, but to me it's worth it for the quality.
Delicious pizza and fair pricing. I like the thinner crust but their regular is quite good too. The peanut butter cookie is heavenly!And I appreciate they called me to let me know they were running a little behind.Might be our new Sounders night pizza place!
Yeah... It's Garlic Jim's. If you've never had them before, just do it. You can't go wrong with their pizzas, specials, or salads.Plus you know, supporting local business. They are super legit.
