The worst experience ever!!It was my daughters birthday and we went to this place. First we went inside to order and for a while no one paid any attention to us. Then after waiting for sometime and trying to seek their attention, we were left alone. Finally, we decided to get out. We made another attempt to order through the drive through. When it was our turn, the person who was taking theborder just could not understand what we were saying. Not sure if that was lack of English knowledge or something else. Finally after multiple attempts, we gave up and returned empty handed.
They actually have REAL onion rings! They are small to be sure and pricey, but they have real (not minced) onion. The mint chocolate McFlurry was wonderful, but just those two items, (both sized small) cost over $10 with tax. Might have opted for the healthier whole meal at a teriyaki place....
Horrible experience tonight! It took what "seemed like forever" to place my order. I was fully prepared ahead-of-time and would tell them the exact specifics of everything upfront (i e , item no., if it was to be a combo meal, size, drink flavor+). However, I had to keep repeating myself over and over again, and they kept asking me about stuff which I had just provided. The drive-through line was getting backed up now! The guy finally gave-up and said for me to just pull up to the window. When I get there, they said that they had no order for me at all. Ugh! At this point, we had to go through it all over again, and for some reason the girl at the window just couldn't get it together...she was definitely struggling. Probably took another 10 minutes! Then I had to pull around to the front and park to wait for the food. The guy brought the food eventually, but no drinks, which he went back to get and that took about another 5 minutes! Ridiculous!!! At this point, I had lost interest in eating it.
Awesome food and desserts. Burgers are better than most fast food! Cherry dillies are my jam.
It's a typical dairy queen. They got our order right and both were good. The lines here are always long because dine in is closed so expect that when coming here.
Only drive through is open, love the crispy chicken sandwich here
Got the wrong food. Went back to get the correct food and when I got home discovered the bun was soggy and gross and the chicken was slimy. Will not go back
They gave me the wrong quart ice cream, went back later with quart and they refused to exchange it. Pushed it off as not their problem.
They gave me a sloppy blizzard, when I asked for my money back they said a refund would be too difficult: then somehow they managed to make a perfect blizzard… why not just make it right? Very annoying teenage staff
This is for the Thrasher's Corner Dairy Queen in Bothell Washington 98021. I understand that there are busy days, and that there are people who will be new, but this was ridiculous. Me and my partners were in line around 3:30 pm 9/18/21. There was a decent sized line, but throughout the ordering process we felt extremely unheard and herded through the line. Every time we specified an item for order, we were asked if that was it, we were never offered different sizes, and by the time we got to the window, 4 people, including a manager had tried to clarify our order, which was still incorrect.
