This Chipotle place is relatively new, and anytime we come does not have long lines. The food is fresh and taste great! For some reason, it is freezing cold inside and looks like the AC is always on.

Extremely rude, unprofessional, and racist staff. Never in my life I had to pay for my food and be treated to badly. We ordered a burrito bowl to go. We got our protein and we didn't want to add salsa on top of protein in the bowl. We asked if he can give it on the side and he instantly refused and told us that he will have to charge that as a side. We did not add any salsa in the bowl so we asked him why we would have to pay for it. We usually do online order pickups and online orders allow for more than 1 items to be packed as a "side". We were not asking anything extra. He said that this is how it is done and that we should hurry up. His tone was very condescending and rude. We eventually gave up and added salsa in our bowl. After checkout we noticed that the bowl was not closed properly and it was leaking. We asked him to at least close the lid properly or give us another lid so it doesn't leak in the vehicle. Hi laughed at us and said that chipotle lids are always loose and it is how it is. He said "That is how the lids are. Hurry up and take your food."I was going almost forget the experience to chalk it up to overworked employee stress (as I love Chipotle's food). I was shocked to see that the same employee was rude to us and who argued with us, treat the next customer in a very polite way. I was completely shocked and appalled by how we were treated. Lately, we have been having really bad experience at most of the Chipotle locations. This was the last straw. We will never spend another dime at Chipotle ever again.Attached pic shows how everything leaked out.

I had my bowl finished and was ready to pay. Told employee I wanted chips and Guacamole. Employee told me they were out of Guacamole, when I saw them scooping it at the drive through lane. Manager told me that the Guacamole was reserved for drive through customers that already paid. I told the employee that I wasn't sure if I wanted the bowl if I couldn't get Guacamole. Before I could even turn around, the manager instructed the employee to throw my bowl in the trash. This location would rather throw away a paying customer's food than give ingredients that are readily available...pathetic.

They were very rude and unprofessional , would not recommend coming to this location. Really nasty employee service. I asked for half a serving of guacamole and the guy refused to give me any even though I said I would pay for the full price. I asked and explained myself clearly at least 3 times.The Bellevue Location has given me good service every time

The heck is going on here Chipotle. Was excited to work and get this today. NO TORTILLAS???? REALLY? Cant have burritos only small tacos. ONLY was able to order a burrito bowl that was cold meat and grossly chewy and fatty almost all inedible steak. The guacamole was definitely missing an ingredient today as well. Salt? It was very bland and gross as well. No idea what is going on with Chipotle. But this experience made sure I won't be going there again any time soon.No seriously how do you all not have Tortillas? I'd been happy with Mission brand lol. Get with it.

What a joke! They took down their drive through ordering system, they won’t let you order at the window even though someone is there doing nothing. They make you drive out to the parking lot to order online. Online has no fountain drinks available only fruit juices. Call in to order and the automated ordering system won’t let me order any “specialty” bowls so I have to order the drink through the phone system and the bowl through the website - I just drove off. Their business must be in a free fall.

I have had the WORST EXPERIENCE trying to get a hold of customer service. I ordered four burrito bowls and two out of the four were incorrect. So disappointing for a teacher’s group luncheon on a wonderful Friday. I tried getting a hold of customer service but just get stuck in an endless loop of a robot. Ugh. This is unhelpful as well!!!

This location is absolutely the WORST I’ve ever been to. I live close by and have been going here as it’s the most convenient for me, but today will be the last time. Not only over the past few months have they been closed at random times throughout the day when they should be open, but the food quality is horrible.Today I got a burrito bowl and my rice was very undercooked and crunchy. I understand making a mistake but when you call the store number, you can’t even contact anyone! I can’t even reach a human being to let them know so they stop serving it as it could potentially make people sick. It’s absolutely RIDICULOUS!The service is horrible too. Nobody ever greets you upon walking in and throughout the process of helping you, they are always rude and seem annoyed.I’m not one to make a complaint like this unless it’s really bad but over the past few months of going here it’s just getting worse. I just hope this will deter some people from going here so they don’t have to go through what I did.

So dissatisfied never got my guacamole or sour cream. Every bite of steak was grissle. I would not recommend this store to anyone save your money and find somewhere else to eat!

Does management tell employees, Chipotle customers are there to diet? You can't give customers what they paid for its crazy waste of money. How much you portion the rice if your food isn't going to get me full my brain will tell me not to go there again its that simple. Is there a food shortage or something at Chipotle?
