Extremely bad food. We ordered a veggie burger, and the oil was literally dripping from it. It had just 2 slices of cheese with a patty. No sauces, veggies, or lettuce.We ordered a Chaat and it felt like that cooked it in very bad oil.
I called them almost 2 hours and order my meal today, when I got there my ticket was there still pending no one was there to prepare my meal, because everyone went on lunch at the same time. The guy at the front desk offering me some other food. I will not come there again big turn off!
Lot of locations in Greater Seattle area. Wide range of Vegetarian cuisine to choose from. This location serves lot of thali options which are hard to get. Proportions are generous and quality of food is decent. Staff is professional and they do follow Covid indoor dining protocols. They take orders over the phone or any of the food delivery platform. Prices differ on food delivery platform. Service is extremely fast. Would definitely recommend Paneer Paratha Thali. Prices are as per the area. Chaat House Bothell is just off of I405 N on Exit 26.
Front desk employees are NOT customer-friendly. Y'day we were there to eat snacks. Tea was not hot enough and shared the same with them, they showed a lot of attitudes, they were on the phones all times, one person didn't even wear the mask, he was giving hi-fi with his wihout glove hand with a person who had a glove hand person. When we were standing in the line to order, they were eating at the counter with the same hands. When we shared the feedback about the Tea didn't good, it was like hot water. He said OK and turned his face.
Taste for the dollar. Good pricing good quantity and quality. Tasty Indian street food and main courses. Tried Amritsari Kulcha which came with a bowl of chhole and Hakka noodles. Soft kulcha with good chhole. Hakka noodles was by far the best ever had in the town. Must visit.
Great place for a quick bite! Chole Bhature, Amritsari Kulcha, Mysore Bonda, Dahi puri, Thali are some of my favorites here.
Their food is okay but nowhere close to the quality in other restaurants. So 3 stars for that.I came in 30 minutes late for pick up due to a crash on the street. But true to their reputation they still ended up making me wait for another 15 minutes! 45 minutes total even though the order was placed well over couple of hours in advance!! One star deducted for that.You got a grand total of 2 stars!!!
Some of the items are good but need to maintain consistency. Wait time is more than the specified for TO GO orders

The worst choley bhature I have ever eaten is in Chaat house Bothell. Choley were loaded with too much salt, gravy was watery and lacked flavor. It had no taste of spices and lacked the little tangy taste which choleys are supposed to have. Bhatures were tasteless. It was a waste of time and money.
