The pizza’s here are great. Truth be told we have ordered from this place 100s of times but haven’t ordered anything other than Pizza which are awesome.My only issue with them is their wait time which is an hour even if you order a single pizza (no matter what size). And then their quality is way too poor on weekends. Every time I’ve ordered on a weekend, the wait times are more and there’s always some problem with the order while weekdays are just peachy.Again love their pizza’s especially the Indianized menu and flavors and would love to try other things off their menu.

Great food. Terrible staff. Across their chain.I have been a customer to their Redmond/Bellevue and bothell stores and staff at both the locations is rude. Not impolite, not in-caring but flat out rude. They are always running late against their own SLA and when reminded of the SLA, their favorite answer is “it is what it is”.What part is they can not even enforce proper waiting etiquette with their customers. People whose pizza is now finally ready after waiting patiently for an extra 45 minutes over the SLA, need to wait outside because the customers whose order will take another 20 minute Decides to stay and hand in their tiny waiting lounge. How much IQ is needed to tell them to wait outside after noticing a long queue outside your door… but if the chain has a pattern of rudeness ingrained in all their staff, they don’t care about such matters…
Placed an order recently and waited 45 minutes past the time they had given for pick up. Later, discovered a completely raw chicken strip (not frozen, actually raw chicken inside) - when I called about it, they were rude and short despite their mistake.
I ordered from this place a couple of times and I liked their pizzas. We had guests at home today. Wanted to introduce them the CanAm pizza. So, we ordered a cheese pizza and a veg pizza through DoorDash. What we got delivered were 2 burnt pizzas. It was very disappointing. Had to throw away both the pizzas. I am not sure how could they send the burnt pizzas. I am not going to order from this place ever again.
Horrible. A complete disgrace to REAL pizza. And coming from an Indian man, you could have put in some real effort guys. Will never buy this garbage again or ever mention their name. ****STAY AWAY***
Very poor quality. Very very thin layer of cheese and smelly chicken.
Decent Pizza, Fast service, No dine-in! They have a wide variety of quick eats in their menu.
Butter Chicken Pizza with hot sauce for a first go at Can Am. Fantastic pizza and great service. Will definitely order again.
