Incredible staff & delicious foods. Great menu & five star!
I ordered a delivery for dinner tonight. The food arrived warm which was so great. The goat biryanis was delicious and so spicy the way I like it. The goat mess was nicely cooked. Delicious meal.However there were two small pieces of bones that were the size of the rice that I was so lucky to them before I put in my mouth as this could have damaged my teeth. So they need to do a better job when cutting the goat meat and wash it to get rid of any small bones.The naan bread was delicious too and so were the vegetarian samosasI will order more in the future but again I will keep close eyes on these small bones if any

Owners are too good. But food is super bland. Paneer was sweet and kadhai chicken looked like chicken curry. Wait time for food is too long. We waited for 45 mins after we ordered the food. The lady who served us literally dropped the food on table and left since we complained about food getting late and slow service. Not the best experience according to the price and location. Garlic naan was the winner. Really good.
The food was delicious. Some menu dishes can be prepared in either Mediterranean style or Indian style -- your choice. Fresh, tasty meal. The staff was on-the-ball. Plus the setting was very good, with large booths or tables. I'd go again. We were very pleased.
Very friendly staff. I ordered the Chicken Jalfrezi and it was super tasty. The portion was very big, which I liked because I like big portions. The price is a little higher than some Indian restaurants but quite frankly the portions were a lot bigger so I felt like I was paying a good price for what I received. I don't normally expect zucchini in a Jalfrezi and was a little surprised to see it, but the taste was really good and I understand that Indian food differs across the continent of India. So I enjoyed my food, and the restaurant is very pleasant to be in.
It was my first time eating at bay leaf. My friend had heard about their excellent Indian cuisine so we ventured from Ballard. Our meal was excellent and prices were Fair. I will definitely be going back.
I had great experience at bay leaf. I really liked their paneer tikka, paneer naan, gulab jamun and kulfi. Best i had in this area so far. I liked their veggi biryani(little bit americanized). Panner butter masala was ok(little tangy). Sitting area is great. Lots of big table, good decor and less crowded.
Good food. Not your typical Indian taste, slightly westernized. But delicious nonetheless. Will definitely try other dishes here. Best part - food was ready for carry out before the scheduled pickup time. This was a great surprise, especially at an Indian restaurant!Management - if you are reading this, please don't let down on your quality. It rocks!
The restaurant has a clean and modern interior. The food is very delicious and tasty. They served us very well and quickly. The food was a bit spicy, which I liked.
