They were out of roast beef.I drove 15 minutes there on my hour lunch and waited in line only to see at the order microphone that they were out of roastbeef. They guy wasnt polite at all when I told him he needed to make a sign further out so people weren't juat having to do uturns in this tiny space when they realized ARBY'S was out of roast beef.

Polite and helpful staff. I've always liked Arby's roast beef sandwiches and the French dip is one of my favorites. Then I recently tried their gyro and was really good! The pita is always fresh and and the Greek meat is very good and seasoned properly. It's now one of my favorite sandwiches there. Their deli sandwiches are also delicious and taste fresh. Of course I don't know for sure but it seems like their bread and produce is better quality than most fast food restaurants.

Been sitting here in the drive through for 12 minutes with 2 cars in front of me. It seems like they can only handle one order at a time. This is just ridiculous. Ill never come to this one again

This is my just opened, not even half-filled, scraped from the bottom of a tray, half-dry, disgusting looking mac and cheese, all for the low low price of $3.49 plus tax. negative 5 stars.

It would have been better had I not waited 20 minutes to get food. I found out why it took so long after getting up to the drive thru window.... They only had two people working in the store since two employees hadn't showed up for their shift ?Otherwise I had some decent, filling, food that I didn't have to prepare ?

Decent Burgers! One of the best fast food places for a good juicy burger. Not always fast and not always fallowing your requests, but overall good enough.

Wait 25 minutes and get the window for them to tell me nobody put my order in. Wait another 6 minutes at the front of the location for them to bring my food out. No apology no extra free food. Not going here again... I dont really care that an accident happened its your job to make it right. smh

Lobby should be open for takeout, I drive a big truck and can’t go through drive thru.

The employee who took our order (5 items in total) had a very difficult time understanding the order; repeating items back multiple times, changing items we had ordered, leaving items out, etc. When we made it to the window, our entire car was filled with the overpowering smell of weed. After payment, the employee working the window proceeded to sit on the front counter on his phone, back to us. We didn't see who was working the kitchen, but we did see an older woman who was presumably the manager walking around without a mask. She repeatedly shoved her unmasked face into our takeout bag (to smell I guess? See how bad it smelled of weed?) before she noticed we were watching, at which point she finally put on a mask.One of our sandwiches was very poorly wrapped, two were sloppily made, and one was missing ingredients all together.This location is at a major risk for COVID transmission, and for food safety violations. If the staff is playing this fast and loose with basic health and safety, it almost guarantees there are larger issues and violations within the store. Personally, we won't be returning until there's been an employee turnover. Given the current market, that'll probably be about a month.

The wait was a little long, but worth it. The food was made fresh and it was so good. Also, the shake I got was absolutely delicious, it might be my new favorite! Will definitely come back.
