We had a wonderful dining experience for lunch todayWe were a party of 7 and our waiter was Zach !He was the best waiter we’ve ever experienced! He was so professional and efficient ! All of our orders were perfect and the food was delicious !The manager should be very pleased that she has Zach on her team !
The food was excellent. But they seemed understaffed. Stressed. In the weeds. I'm not normally one to complain about service. I've been a server, bartender, and dishwasher, all good hardworking jobs. But these situations often reflect a problem in management exposing unwillingness or just an inability to build the best team.Our wait staff were hustling. She was pleasant, helpful, and attentive, but the pieces needed to support her were missing.No silverware is a good indicator. Someone takes time to wrap and stack to prep for a busy night. They were too busy to spend this time. Extended wait for food, appetizers and drinks just reinforces my belief they were at their limits.The kind of night where you're too exhausted to do build-to's for the following day. Just want to let y'all know I saw you.
The staff is always friendly and helpful at Applebee's Bothell. Access and parking is relatively good from Bothell-Everett Highway, but take your time if coming from the opposite side of the road. The landscaping and surrounding strip mall is nice, and the restaurant is clean & neat inside. However the food itself, while typically good, is not great, and can be more inconsistent than other Puget Sound area Applebee's; this can be a problem for takeout, but if dinning in, the staff will make it right if you ask.
Great service and food today. Not always this good. But today, excellent!
Well, visited Applebees almost after an year, was surprised with change in menu, quality and taste of food in ordered was really good.Kudos, for the improvement even with impact of covid. Keep the chef, food was really good and yummy.
I know the cliches, but frankly Applebee's is my go to for comfort foods. I love their appetizers, especially the won ton tacos. And this location has always been stellar. Great service, very clean, friendly staff.
Place is always super busy as expected around happy hour. Staff doesn't really pay much attention to you it seems, the waitress we had was very sweet and the food we got was hot and prepared as asked
I consider this Applebee's in Bothell as my 2nd kitchen. Friendly staff and nice consistent food with great ambience and seating. Being a regular visitor I only wish their loyalty program was better
Food was okay, but the service is not - at least not around 10/11pm. Another customer and I had ordered online and waited 20 minutes (after it was ready) just to speak to someone to let them know we were there for pickup. I could see my food on the bar counter, but no one came to assist. After we politely flagged the hostess down, she was rude the first time around and didn't seem she cared about any of the customers. The second time, waited a little less time and the host had better attitude, but still very frustrating to wait more than 15 minutes (after the order is supposed to be ready, and you can see it on the bar counter) and waste that time while on a lunch break.
Every experience I’ve had here so far with the servers, the food and car side has been amazing. My one complaint is that the blonde bartender is extremely obnoxious and promotes unprofessionalism. Constant screaming and yelling makes having dinner with friends extremely unfun and honestly annoying
