I ordered an hour before closing time (23:30) through UberEats. After waiting for 90 minutes my uber driver told me that Wendy’s didn’t get the order. I got a partial refund from Uber. This has never before happened to me or anyone I know, the order was done entirely through the system by uber, and the order should have been received because I was charged for it and had the receipt and everything else. If I had ordered 15 minutes before closing time, I would understand if they claim they “didnt” get the order, but i ordered a full hour before.I usually order from another restaurant and wanted to try Wendy’s with my friend. Never again.

The people that work there are genuinely very nice and for a Wendy's they are pretty quick however the last few times I've been there I get the large chili and it's not even three quarters full what a rip off

We Ordered food from here around 2:30ish and when I opened my spicy chicken burger to put some BBQ in it and there was a short wavy white hair sitting on the spicy chicken patty.

Mediocre food at best and extremely long drive through times. No hard feelings towards the employees, as a problem like this is never the fault of those at the bottom. This is not a strong Wendy’s. Good fries though!

I went to Taco Time across the street instead. I wanted a double stack, but when I got close to the Wendy's I remembered all of the bad experiences with order accuracy and downright hostile staff and then I saw the Taco Time and decided I didn't want an attitude problem with my fast food. That turned out to be a great decision. The kid taking orders was polite. The kid taking payments was polite. It was like I was in a whole different universe. The food was good, too. Problem solved!

This is the worst fast food restaurant in Bellingham. They don't care about the customers at all. The staff and manager are sooo rude. If they can't function right now because of this or that they should just shut it all down. This place is an embarrassment.

I had a double burger and it's just cheap. The place is not so full of people and comfortable. The people in the counter are nice

The manager is really passive aggressive. He's nearly impossible to talk to. It didn't matter how polite I was. There is really no excuse for that kind of sass. I worked at a Wendy's when I was a kid. My store manager was never rude to anyone. He never used a tone and he always listened-- no matter how silly, or not, the complaint was. I've had to have two conversations with this store manager in the last two months and he's made me nauseous both times. Customer service is dead.

Once again another late night disappointment from Wendy's. This is the 3rd time I've gone to this Samish Wendy's close to closing time today was at 12:25 and each time it's been bad, and unfortunately it's just been getting worse. Tonight it was as if the lady taking orders just didn't want to listen to us because everything from type of meal asked for chicken Big Cheddar burger but got cheeseburger not chicken. Asked for no onions or bacon on my girlfriends sandwich it had both on it.If your staff all obviously wants to be at home find new employees, or start closing at 11 instead of 1AM because this is getting rediculous! I literally spent $35 dollars and still went next door and got food: done right and with great service from McDonald's, but it was worth the extra $15!

I ordered the Southwest Avocado Salad and the taste was a bit off from what it typically is like along with the size. appearing smaller than a couple of months ago.Service was good though!
