Bland food. Soup broth was ok, but vegetables weren't cooked very thoroughly. Crunchy onions were kind of repulsive. The broccoli in the chicken teriyaki had no flavor at all like it had been par-boiled and thrown on top. The sticky white rice was better without the sauce, chicken and veggies. Completely lacking in care or expertise in their dishes. $60+ including delivery fees. I certainly won't be ordering again. Very disappointing.
Live down the block from Toakom and I am amazed at how wonderful the food is. The curries are consistent and tasty. Keep going back for more.
I ordered delivery but was very disappointed with my food :(. I had tofu pho which was really just a brick of over cooked noodles that turned into mush once the broth hit. The fried spring rolls were soggy and under cooked the dough was thick and gooey. Basically inedible..
My partner and I have been looking for a new place to eat and this place rocks! Super friendly service and very yummy food! Great prices and good portions. Definitely recommend this place and we will totally be coming back!
Best pho in town! Always tasty. Toakom is our go to restaurant for pho. Even when ordered online and delivered, the food is always hot. Portions are amazing for the price!

The rice was undercooked, the tofu was gelatinous as they must've steamed it and not fried it as most restaurants do. The noodles to my drunken noodles were WAY overcooked and soggy, however the vegetables that came with it were still crunchy. The food was so bad and the cooking techniques were so all over the place it defies logic. The spicy calamari was dry and smelled fishy as most know is a sign of poor food quality. The portions were huge, but in a sloppy way where it's just thrown together with no skill. I hate leaving negative reviews like this, but I wasyed almost $60 w a tip so you don't have to.
Absolute five stars. As a delivery driver for Uber my order is ALWAYS ready for me right when I get there and it cuts down on the time of my deliveries by a lot. This is my favorite place to deliver from. Oh and their food is awesome too!
Just ordered chicken teriyaki and drunken noodles. First Asian restaurant I've been to that used chicken breast for teriyaki and not even grilled.. Drowned in sauce that tasted straight from a bottle. Both dishes had very bland flavor.. Sorry Toakom, but it was not a very good first time experience.

I hardly ever write reviews, but I had to because their Pad See Ew was so very delicious. I had it the last two times I was in Bellingham, and it was very flavorful and fresh. Their noodles are so so good. I can't wait to try more items, but the Pad See Ew was so delicious, it's going to be difficult to pick other things!
