Im a retired Customer Advocate for AT&T. If you demanded the President or a Supervisor you got me. My personal idea of great customer service doesn't mean perfection. It means friendly, willing and accommodating. Everyone will make a mistake but its what they do afterward that matters. After the pandemic hit it felt like loss of customer service should be on the list of symptoms. I was surprised and impressed by the employee who works the window at the Taco Bell on Meridian in Bellingham. He is calm, quick and friendly everytime I drive thru for the 3-5 box meals with different size and type beverages I order. Nothing shakes him and we will continue to go out of our way to experience the customer service we get from him. Thank you.
Best Taco Bell location in Bellingham! Went to the location in Sunset and the line was huge i wasn’t gonna wait for half an hour for cold food so I decided to drive across town to this location ! The food was great 10/10! Fast service too, no line got our food in less then 3 min hot and fresh(Order number 366275) I would recommend this location to anyone who reads this! The person running this location needs to go knock some sence into Sunsets Location
The only taco bell that closes before old people go to bed.Despite a decade of taco bell advertising later and later close times, this location chose the opposite.They also forget food all the time but it wouldnt be taco bell if that wasnt true.
One star for having terrible customer service. Just went through at 830 not knowing they close at 8. It’s a Taco Bell, I expect them to be open till 2 am. The guys working were super disrespectful when I asked what their usual hours were. First they said they didn’t know the hours and then they sarcastically shouted at us to “check google”. This is one of two Taco Bell’s in town. It’s a bummer that their employees can’t do the bare minimum. It costs zero dollars to be nice. Went by the McDonald’s on baker view and the young guy working the window was awesome! Taco Bell is Taco Bell and McDonalds is McDonald’s. My expectations aren’t very high but one definitely fell way short.
It’s Taco Bell, you come here because you love the tacos. I usually swing by when I’m coming home late at night. Always enjoyed their Chalupa’s and burrito Supremes. It’s quick, and you know what you’re getting. If you’re not getting a handful of the different hot sauces you’re doing it wrong.
I customize most of my meals and they normally get it right but they don’t use the app here and it’s really annoying that you can’t get some items because of it and it’s a hassle to have to register your points. START USING THE APP!
the order taker duder said that something had beans so i ordered it but it had beef so woops i guess thats sad, BUT the guy at the window said he loved my melotonin M&M shirt so actually one of the best fast food experiences possible thanks guys
Was it gourmet? No. Typical fast food. Was the service outstanding? Hell yeah. Drive through cashier on Thursday evening seemed genuinely happy at his job (might have faked it, but he did great). Both me, and my brother who ate there later said the same thing. Thanks for being open in the snow and understanding that regardless of the weather, people still get hungry.
Went there through the drive thru and I had to have the clerk recorrect it three times and on the third time he was trying to talk over me it seemed like.It was like talking to Beavis & Butthead.It took them 15 mins from the time I got to the order box to the window to actually get my food.When I left there the drive thru traffic was backed up all the way up stuart road all the way out of the Resteraunt property.Why is it everytime I go there I always get my order screwed up!?.And Ive always been nice and just humbly dealt with it..But $60 later for my family.Its ridiculousness.
So not happy, they messed up our order so we went back thru drive thru even though there was a long line but they burnt my quesadilla had no cheese in it and they didn't give us our burrito we paid for when we got to the window the manager he did nothing to fix the issue.
