Repeatedly had to ask for a drink added to the order then when she finally did she forgot to give me the drink and then continued to say I’d have to buy it again even though she added it to my order already that i paid for, I just up and left instead of causing a scene but that was ridiculous.

I went to Subway with a digital coupons. They would not accept it. If you can't accept a simple coupon at a national corporation, then why did you start your app and texts? Bogus...
Poor customer service. Food was fine, but did not enjoy the lady manager working. Didn't even bother leaving a tip. Seemed overly judgmental and that is why I didnt tip her. I always will tip at least a buck or two but she clearly didn't want one that day.
