My stop between clients twice a week. Love the pumpkin cream cheese muffins, so tasty! The staff members are always friendly and provide a smile to each customer which is quite lovely. ETA: I've not been to this store in quite some time now as I switched jobs. I can't say how they are now but if the Manager is the same I'm certain it has only gotten better than it previously was!
It's a unique hard to find coffee shop that everyone should visit. They offer a variety of espresso drinks. They have a unique cup sizing system. "Tall" means 12oz. If you're from out of town, this is one of those little gems that only the locals know about. I don't think there's any place within a mile that's offers anything like their specialty bakery items either. Go check it out and be prepared to be wowed. I hope one opens up closer to our house because this one takes over 5 minutes to get to. Support this small local business.
[Update 11/18] Today was the first day the Red Cup came out. Even though it was extremely busy at this location and I went very early in the morning, Maya (a barista) tried to make sure that the drinks were correctly ordered, despite that fact that we both had face masks on and there was a plastic screen dividing us. I could tell that she seemed a bit on edge, but that might be because of how busy it was and how the communication was sub par with face masks.Overall, the team at this location moves fast and aims for excellent customer service. Thank you to all the baristas that work during this pandemic![2018] Although they are right near a I-5 entrance/exit, they are still fast, provide great customer service and make delicious drinks!
There was a man who worked the window he was fantastic he had a great personality he had excellent customer service and is extremely careful and it just made our day to go through the drive-thru I will look forward to the next time he's there

They are not filling the drinks to the top of the cup at any of the locations. If you spend 4-6 bucks on a coffee I’d like it full to the top. I’ve had to return and ask to fill up several times.
Normally a great experience. Not this time. Used mobile app to order food and drink. Food was done and almost cold before my drink was ready.
Great, fast service with tons of parking and attentive staff. I ordered a spinach egg white wrap and an Americano Grande with 8 stevia. The order was promptly and perfectly prepared. I would recommend this location without hesitation.
