I was hopeful the Phô would hit the spot… not so much. The beef wasn’t high grade at all, it was corned beef. Not even kidding. Not the regular noodles one would expect, but did the job. Light bean sprouts, jalapeños and white onion was the garish. Lime? Nope. A lemon wedge. How did it taste you ask? Meh… Bummer. I was hoping for a better experience.

My partner and I came here today it was our first time. It was very very good Pho and Banh Mi. Service was good and fast, we came on a Sunday so it was slow. But we're supposed more people weren't here it was great quality! They have drinks and Vietnamese coffee my partner enjoyed that. Thanks Saigon!

Actual, authentic Vietnamese food. I've been waiting for someone in Bellingham to serve up the flavors I fell in love with abroad. Their Spicy Beef Noodle Soup is heaven in a bowl on a cold day. It's a small operation run by a couple who cook all the food themselves. Opportunities for food like this are rare, and I intend to get as much as I can before their success dilutes their authenticity (fingers crossed that they'll keep their roots as they grow).

The flavors were good, nice pickled carrots and such in the dish. The meat was okay but not charred, like I normally see from pho places. Cubed and grey. Kind of pricey too. I understand how hard people work to make the business go, so I do wish them the very best but I would recommend something to char their meat.

The best pho I have ever had!!!!! The saigon pho was amazing with waygu beef and so was the pho with shrimp and pork belly

Pretty good food but $17 for a basic bowl of pho, they must be high. That's more than anywhere in Seattle.

Our new favorite pho ? place!!! The flavors were so well balanced and developed. Generous meat portions. Noodles were perfect. Loved every bite and will be back!

I had the Saigon Pho. Decent broth, good meat, wrong noodles, high price. The noodles aren't the standard pho noodle they are what I think they call glass noodle. Good variety of meats including what tasted like liver. Good quality vegetables and the presentation was nice. Came out to $16.50 incl tax which seems quite high for a bowl of soup.

Best Banh mi I've had in BHam. Also tried softshell crab for the first time in the soft shell crab spring roll. It's awesome, will be back many times.

Really Like this place, Pho broth is unique across the different offerings, Chicken Nuggets and Fresh Spring Rolls are on point!
