If your in the mood for oysters, clams, great ambiance, outdoor or indoor seating and from the hostess to the wait staff, nothing but professional and attentive dinning, THIS is your place. Tends to be busy on the weekends, but WORTH THE WAIT if you have the time. Highly recommend trying all the oysters on the menu and starting the clams. Shellfish is always an interesting topic, but this restaurant gets it PERFECTLY!!!Wait staff was something to metion also, they give you time to make decisions, converse with friends and family, yet are always "keeping the water full"Outstanding all around, highly recommend in the B-ham downtown area!!!
Wow!!! Delicious. The absolute best oysters Rockefeller any where. The beet salad would be worth a trip back. Small plates is the way to go. Try as much as you can. Very attentive service.
We drove up to Bellingham just to check this place out and we were not disappointed. They have a great selection of fresh oysters and 3 ways of preparing them (besides raw on the half shell). The Rockefeller and pan fried options were the standouts. Their Ribeye is also amazing. They also have some very delicious drink specials and a very friendly staff. They have a beautiful patio in the back and a very classy bar. We cannot wait to go back. Be sure to drop in and check it out for yourself!
Me and my wife were looking for a place for oysters and wine with a fresh environment and upbeat decorations. Rock and Rye is exactly all this, it sets the mood for a lovely stay with friends and loved ones, the music the food, the service, the interior design. It just makes you feel like you just landed in Paris. The food is delicious, well priced and good portions. We will definitely come back.
Had a great time with my kids, came to visit from Ohio and everything was great, good flavors and freindly staff, I didn't get our servers name because I was running behind, but she was great.

Such a cute date night experience! Fried oysters were phenomenal- all seafood plates were fresh and delicious. I would definitely leave the littles at home when going.Our server, Pete, was attentive but respected our time and wasn't overbearing.
If you're up for a phenomenal dinner in a casual setting, definitely come to rock and rye. Our food was spectacular and our server was even better. She had our food fired at the exact right time. We will be back.
Went once and had to come back a second time! I would definitely recommend the muscles or the gnocchi. Prices are fairly reasonable for how much you get and staff is very friendly.
