THEY NEED NO STARS. DONT GO HERE WE WAITED 20MINS NO ISSUE. THEN WAITED AT OUR SEAT NO SERVER FOR 35MINS SO WE DECIDED TO LEAVE. IF THERE SO SHORT STAFFED THEN THEY SHOULDNT CONTINUE TO BRING IN PEOPLE, THAT THEY CANT EVEN SERVE.
My partner and I are without kids and wanted to get some burgers and beer close by. The staff were phenomenal and the food was alright, though the restaurant smelled like a kids playplace. Like cheap plastic and diapers. The restaurant was packed with tables full of children (which explains the plastic plates and cups). If you've got kids and want to eat out apparently this is the spot. If you're without and don't mind the smell/noise of dozens of children and average food, this is the place for you!

Just as I always remembered.Witnessed a lady complaining about the 'worst service' she's ever recieved. Fairly cringy.The service provided to me was great. Staff were pleasant, food was timely. No complaints here. Your average dirty bird restaurant.
I called in to order takeout. I got a automated assistant to take my order. This system is really bad at taking my order. I had to keep telling the bot that I wanted to talk to a real person. Eventually it did transfer me to a nice woman who was very helpful. RR should get rid of the automated system. It's quite frustrating to deal with.
Several other employees' and I-ordered takeout from here. The issue was that I ordered a gluten free bun and when I tasted my burger, it was obviously not gluten free. I haven't written a review like this before but wanted to because I want to alert other people with severe gluten or other allergies. I normally don't go out to these places because of the lack of awareness, although I was forced to for my work situation today. It's not really that crazy people aren't aware of people's allergies, but when someone says they are gluten free, it usually isn't by choice.
Pretty good service friendly even when busy
Walked in to have a pint while the wife shopped. Was greeted by a gentlemen who let me try a sample of a new beer that had just been tapped. Awesome service and a super nice bartender. Nice job Red Robins, you are making my Saturday afternoon. And yes, I chose the beer I sampled
Updated experience... Great time tonight. The wait staff was especially helpful with some techno-gliches on the Ziosk pay thing. The burgers were back to pre-COVID quality, which is good. Thankful they're still around.
Food was fine, our waitress was nice. We were greeted at the door by a nice young man with dyed hair and makeup. He was very friendly. My daughters then informed me that he was in the women’s bathroom while they and someone else was in there and didn’t leave. I don’t care if he was identifying as a girl, this is completely unacceptable as an employee and we will never go back to Red Robin again. I wish I would have known all the details prior to us leaving because I would have loved to have a conversation with this young man while I was there!
