Wow! What a FABULOUS place!!!!This restaurant is all vegan, alcohol free, and gluten free! What a wonderful addition to our community!!! My friend and I split the following delicious menu items:drinks— Strawberry Rose Mule & Pineapple Ginger Beerappetizer— Summer Rolls (so yummy! these had a big chunk of fresh, sweet mango in them!)meal— Green Goddess Roll & Umami Roll (these were both so stellar, creative, and generous portion sizes)desserts— Strawberry Lime Cheesecake & Chocolate Coffee Haupia Pudding.the inside of the restaurant is so cute, the owners were just so kinda and welcoming, and I love everything that they stand for!in addition, they source tons of local ingredients & have a progressive pride flag!!note: this is a cash-less restaurant!
I have been here a few times now and have loved it! The non-alcoholic drinks and all of the food is so delicious. I've tried three different sushi rolls, a bowl (cant remember name), and the poke bowl and they were all so good. The restaurant is also such a cute space, and the owners are so nice and welcoming. Highly recommend Quantum Leaf if you're looking for a great dinner experience!
Gorgeous and creative vegan brunch. Savory miso oatmeal with kimchi that's almost like congee. And avo toast with Just Egg, sprouts, and a fantastic crab-like jackfruit in a festive dynamite sauce. Jackfruit is versatile, but can be tricky to do well. They hit it out of the park.
Seriously, just stop reading this review and GO TO QUANTUM LEAF! RIGHT NOW! Their vegan sushi is out of this world! Their space has such a fun vibe and their nonalcoholic drinks are extremely delicious and creative. I can't wait to try even more of their menu items because so far, everything I've had there has been delicious! I'm so glad to see such a wonderful new restaurant open in Bellingham!
Even my meat eating, gluten loving boyfriend thoroughly enjoyed this food. He got the nigiri platter and I got the macro bowl (love!) I will definitely be ordering again. Cannot express how happy I am to have a place for me. I am GF and Vegetarian and I have such limited options elsewhere. I am so so happy!

(Review for takeout order) Having vegan sushi options beyond avocado and cucumber rolls is exciting - having *excellent* vegan sushi options is delightful. Quantum Leaf does not disappoint - for quality as well as diversity.The spicy jackfruit roll is understandably the star of the menu - it's complex and delicious (not to mention enormous). Vegan nigiri is interesting. The salmon is spot-on, eggplant unagi is tasty and an almost believable eel. Tamago has a nice, subtle flavor if a little rubbery in texture.The poke bowl might have been our favorite item. Warm, complex with lovely complementary flavors and textures, highlighting avocado and vegan salmon.Quantum isn't cheap, but the price is the only barrier to us eating there regularly. But when we want to splurge on a special meal, Quantum Leaf will be our very first choice.
Quantum Leaf is awesome!! As a vegan it can be hard to find places that actually have a variety of vegan food so this places is amazing! I love the sushi specifically the veggie roll and all the bowls are so good! Will be going here all the time! Also such a chill vibe in there and I can’t wait to try the drinks!
I love Quantum Leaf's hummus bowl! They also make a great orange blossom pudding and orange blossom highball. Their food is fresh, filling, and tasty. The service is friendly. The atmosphere is cozy.
I have eaten here twice now and have a great experience both times. Veggie roll and the spicy jackfruit roll are both amazing. We manage to try three dessserts and I can't decide which is my favorite. The strawberry cheesecake is fabulous. Everything on the menu is vegan and gluten free. For a nice relaxing evening where you can savour these delicate, delcious and healthy foods....give this place a try. I know I will be going back to try more items from their menu!!!
