Great sandwich. Very carefully placed vegetables. The bread was baked to perfection. 10/10 will come back.Staff is very friendly and demonstrates unparalleled teamwork. My favorite sandwich shop. I will return here for my meals anytime I am in town.Photo of my brother smashing the 2 foot challenge

To the manager/supervisor, upon our arrival, two employees (one male and one female) who were working at 7:15pm on 4/19/22 came stumbling from the back and handed us two sandwiches that we later discovered were covered in burned-oven crumbs but ODDLY enough, were not toasted... Normally, we wouldn't get too mad about getting handed a slimey, dirty looking, room-temparature sub (sarcasm)... if it didn't seem like they were "getting intimate" in the back, but I swear it looked like they were. Even my fiance agreed. Never coming back here again, last time they messed up our order and when I went for a refund, there was nothing but goofballs blasting music in the back... Not the type of establishment I would feel safe eating at. Good luck to the management, sorry if these clowns are making it harder for you.

I used to like port of subs... up until COVID hit. Now they disrespect their customers every time their masks are even a hair off... I got yelled at twice within 4 minutes being at port of subs, even tho my mask was FULLY on. I genuinely was confused why they yelled at me, considering I always wear masks properly. I couldn’t even have a conversation with my friend without getting disrespected and yelled at. I finally left the store. Never going there again. I’m not paying for services from a company who disrespects their customers. I’m shocked they think it’s ok to treat their customers like this!!!

Like subway but better. I got a ham, turkey and provolone on sourdough. They have different bread options available; white, wheat and wraps. Didn't really see a spot to eat in, so took it to go and ate in my car. Sandwich was good, a little messy and I forgot to grab napkins.

Horrible experience! The best location was just closed recently off Bakerview, now this pathetic location has all the business with poor customer service to boot. Went in last night and my wife and I ordered separately. The guy working just finished wiping his face before asking us what we'd like. I told him just a second as no one was behind us and he was finishing up an order. When we ordered he got confused and was rude about how many sandwiches were being ordered (just 2 xl). When he started our order, I wanted sourdough and I asked for mayo mustard on both sides of the bread. To which he slathered on an ultra thin layer from an empty container on the counter. The thin layer of sauce he applied had bits of lettuce, onion, etc in it but he didn't care. Finally his coworker grabbed a new one in the cooler and he used that one. After telling him I wanted double meat, my sandwich got moved to the end of priority, yet my wife ordered the same #1 as I did (so he wasn't juggling meats or cheeses for 2 completely different sandwiches). He took another order behind us and moved that person up and finished their sandwich ahead of mine, behind my wife's. At the prior location on Bakerview, they had a 10% discount they offered for employees working in the shopping center and I always got that applied to my order. At the end, I was given a rude response as to why they didn't want to because apparently they didn't have the time or they didn't think having me as a customer was worth keeping. When I finally got home with my overpriced order, the bread was hard and the sandwich was very dry. The bread tasting stale and the sandwich not having a proper amount of oil and vinegar on it. For spending $28 on a sandwich that's that disgusting, with rude employees, and bumping my priority to the back of the line instead of focusing on my sandwich, I will not only never return to this pathetic restaurant, but also file a corporate complaint, management complaint and if that isn't resolved, I will file a complaint with my bank for a bad transaction for services not properly rendered. This is absolutely pathetic. No one cares anymore about anything, just pure rudeness and employees taking their stresses out on their customers. Can't wait til this place goes out of business. It's sad that ppl act this way and make customers have a bad experience.

super nice staff who unfortunately have to put up with a lot of craziness from customers. the sandwiches are good and they play really good music in the store!

As soon as I walked in they hit me over the head with a metal bat. When I tried to get up they dumped gasoline on me and lit me on fire.

Bad experience. First I was discriminated against when I walked in the door. Second I ordered 6 meatballs in a bowl, bag of chips, small bowl of olives, 2 drinks, and a chicken wrap and it cost over $43.00. What a price gouge, I will never go back to another port of subs again. Subway has earned my business by default since your store #86 in Bellingham is clearly out to rip people off and discriminate them at the same time.

To-go-order sandwich fell apart in bag. They clearly did not tape the sandwich wrapping before placing it into the bag. I had to scoop the ingredients out of the bottom of the bag and place them bag on the bread because the sandwich fell apart on my way home. For $12 this is lowsy service. I will not be returning here. Their staff is clearly untrained.
