One I got at your store was great I ordered the same on line and it was bad enough that it hit tha trash. Colluded not taste the pepperoni. Mushrooo or onions or sauce. Sad. Won’t order again or stop by.
I order from this location often, and normally I don’t have any issues. But yesterday I found not one, but two hairs baked into my pizza. Two different colors of hair too so that means they managed to have two people not wearing a hair net while making my food. Needless to say I was quite disgusted and I feel weary about ordering from here again.
Stopped by a couple times recently. Good customer service, solid pizza for a Pizza Hut. No complaints. It's probably your best bet in Bellingham for a pizza chain. Jamie was at the window both times, very kind and patient!
Called and asked for specials “Wesley” answered and from the beginning of the conversation he was not into providing customer service to us. I asked if he could lmk what specials they are running he told me to just look online. I let him know I did and every coupon I tried to use their specific store does not except. I asked what others specials could I use? Wesley said they only have the large pizza with 5 toppings and that was it. I ordered 2 pizzas and my total came out to $69 ?asked him why? He said it was delivery charge. Asked to speak to someone else, he ended my call.
Ordered a pizza on Jan 28th and got the worst food poisoning of my life. When I tried calling this location and asked to speak to management, "Westly" did not take my complaint seriously whatsoever and did not act in a professional manner, trying to avoid giving me his name. This establishment has lost my business because of their terribly poor sanitation practices.
I will not be ordering from this particular store. I ate one single slice of pizza and it taste great but I had the worst food poisoning of my life. This was a horrible experience. My partner got food poisoning, it is difficult to try and understand why we both got food poisoning. It is alarming that standard food practices are being ignored or not up to standard. Thoughts like, "did this individual wash his or her hands before making the pizza?, Did they go to the bathroom and forget to wash their hands?, Was I fed expired meat?". I hate that I have to even consider these possibilities. I will not order at this store again and I will take my business elsewhere, to another pizza joint that has better standers both for the food and hygiene practices. I will be calling the store to let the manager know about my unpleasant experience and inform them about the questionable cleaning standard of the store. I will also leave a review on the main page of google warning people about this establishment. This was my first time ordering pizza hut and it was unfortunately uncomfortable and way below par. Hopefully, my message was clear enough to inform you about the unfortunate incident and may you prioritize sending a district manager to check on the stores hygiene practices, for the customers benefit. I do not think I am asking for much just basic standard cleaning, and having more respect for the customer.
I made an over hundred dollar order at the Bellingham Pizza Hut online. Their hours of operation said 11pm. The order was for a celebration for our son. I recieved a phone call from pizza hut at 7:17pm saying they closed at 7pm. Did we know that they closed early No. Because, they didn't state that on their website.... they didn't notify their customers they were closing early. And since they already had made the pizzas... where were they going? Obviously the employees got free pizzas... because there's no way they threw out over 100 dollars of pizza....This was definitely a last minute thing.. them closing early. And I did save the receipt.We are extremely disappointed.
My pizza was really overcooked. The crust had a crunch, and I ordered the handtossed. I was definitely counting on a better pizza when I ordered. :( The cinnamon rolls, and chicken were enjoyed, though.
The pizza tasted like cardboard. Disgusting. Like it was from frozen asile at the store and you put it your box. This has never happened to me before with pizza hut. It might be quite sometime before I dare order from you guys again
Maybe have a order comment section on your website. Every time I get the dinner box I have to call the store to have them put it in smaller boxes. That ridiculous oversized box does not fit into the refrigerator. They also forgot the sauce for my breadsticks.
