Flew into Bellingham, WA and looking for a place to have dinner. Came across this Pho place with good reviews from the locals. We ordered spring rolls, beef stew noodle soup, chicken and shrimp fried rice, seafood pho (pic below) & chicken pho. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of food. They tasted amazing and fresh. Kids enjoyed their dishes, the quantity was perfect and we were able to take some leftovers for a late night crave. The host was very hospitable and served us the food with minimum wait time during rush dinner time. I highly recommend it for anybody wanting to try Pho in Bellingham.
Good food and the owner was very nice. The prices have increased compared to what the menu shows online. So, be aware of that.
The quality of this food exceeded my expectations. The owners obviously work hard and dedicate themselves to their craft. Wonderful!!
We order from pho ly every week. They are a great family run restaurant with fresh delicious food. Everything is great. I recommend the Singapore noodles and the Spicy Pho. The teriyaki chicken is tasty, too. The portions are generous and the prices are good. We look forward to this take out every time.

Seriously the best pho in Whatcom county! My husband and I are regulars. They know us by name and always know what we want, we rarely have to even order anymore. The food is ALWAYS consistent and delicious.
This place is a hidden gem. Small, family owned, super friendly and THE BEST ramen soup I've ever had. The hot spicy beef is a must try.

Excellent pho. The fully loaded beef is delicious with a hearty helping of sprouts, basil and jalapeños to add. My wife gets chicken with vegetable broth and they've always been accommodating. Staff is incredibly friendly and seem to care about their food.
Cute little mom and pop Cafe that serves a very reasonable menu of pho, bun and stir fry.No frills, friendly service and consistent food.
