Sunset Panda Express is the worst place to order and eat from in the world. They mess up your order every time make you wait 30 to 40 minutes for your food. The manager's even worse they don't care and make sure to let you know it's your fault. I advise anybody from Bellingham not to go there. I deal with customers all day With my job no excuse customers always right This is the most unprofessional food place I have ever been to.. This is like the 15th time I sent my wife and you have embarrassed and wasted her time. Eat d*** Panda Express. Lucky you even get one star. And that's for the food not the service.
I simply asked, “Can you please put the teriyaki sauce on top because sometimes they forget to include the sauce.” So these passive aggressive rude Panda Express drive thru workers drown the bowl in the sauce and served a sauce on the side. That is not what I asked for. I simply asked them to actually include the sauce since countless times their ignorant brains forget it. And fast food workers want higher wages!? These people apparently need degrees to learn how to service food properly and thoroughly not higher wages.
It was late for a dinner rush, they were super busy and running out of things. The person taking our order was so positive and kind and helped us piece together a delicious meal! I loved her attitude! Didn't catch her name but she was taking orders at 8:30 ish on Wednesday March 15.
Food was pretty good but it wasn’t hot and I had to wait outside for it after sitting in the drive thru. Have had better experiences here in the past though!
I always come to this panda express and a happy customer but today few mins ago i took my order and there was a guy who took my order and in my bowl too much rice and barely chicken.. plzz pay attention when you pack someone’s order and there was no cutlery either.
I haven't had anything to complain over, even when having to wait for a new batch of something (which hello, means you get it even fresher!) They say a wait time may be 10 mins, but I get my food in half that! Kind service is all I've gotten personally. So, my stars are for that :)
Ordered, we thought pretty clearly just two bowls, one orange chicken and chow mein and the other honey sesame and white rice. The price seems wrong almost $8 cheaper so we check at the window. Asking if they got the other bow, so again two total one orange chicken the other honey sesame, the lady cuts us off and says she'll charge us for two so we're like okay! The first person taking our order was a different person than was at the window. Get the food very quick and she has the reciepts in the bag which says we have the items being charged now. Get home to find they just gave us two bowls of the same thing, orange chicken and chow mein. I had checked the bag but not thoroughly enough as I couldn't see below the chicken in the bowl and wanted to keep it hot so didn't open it. Needless to say disappointed especially because they tried to charge us for the two entree two side meal at first ($8.48 was the first total) would have preferred to save the $8 to get the same thing we didn't want. Wish I could just get refunded for the meal we didn't get :/
Bad customer service and always some kind of problem every single time I place an online order either for catering or family meal (a day or two in advance). They never have it ready for the time I set. I always end up waiting 15 to 30 mins. I've given them multiple chances. They are never prepared and never prioritize (in advance) online catering orders.
They were very sweet & offered me a drink as I waited for my delivery orders. They were very busy & kept the line moving & made sure everyone was taken care of & no one was standing around.Soooo many other Panda locations (nationwide) could learn from this location. I was truly shocked. It's refreshing to see these days.
Ok, so I have been to a lot of Panda Expresses. None of them hold a candle to this location. I don't know why the food quality coming out of this particular store is better, but it is. This is one of my wife and my favorite places to get food for a date down by the bay. My only issue with this location is the atrocious parking, but I can put up with that for the food.
