Food was average. Won’t be going back anytime soon. The staffSeemed burnt out, and we felt a bit of an inconvenience being there! Don’t bother them and don’t be bothered!(The desert was good!) *Lots of exotic cocktails on the menu. I would have tried one , but the staff said they didn’t know what they were like because they drink wine. I will remain curious about them but will never know what they are like!Deanna’s next time! Olive Garden perhaps!
I admit it: I'm a born and raised New Yorker, and because living there spoils you with all the great restaurants, Bellingham's offerings have almost always disappointed me. But Friday night I ate at Milano's. It was, without a doubt, the best dining experience I've had in Bellingham in the ten years I've lived here! Great, cozy ambience, perfectly made and served cocktails (I had an Old Fashioned with their 117 proof rye that they distill themselves), a large selection of menu items and a remarkable wine list. My date and I each had the mushroom linguine with prosciutto (they make their own pasta), the best Caesar salad I've ever had (with perfectly seasoned anchovies), and for dessert, their homemade tiramisu, which was absolutely perfect. Sam, the owner, was so friendly and loved telling us about his food, wines and cocktails. The bartender, whose name I don't know, unfortunately, is a REAL bartender who also crafts the house's specialty cocktails. All of that, along with my beautiful dinner companion, made for a perfect evening. We can't wait to go back!
Date night at this restaurant for the first time. Top notch on all levels!! Exceeded my expectations with atmosphere (the walls were painted to appear like you are dining on the sidewalks of Italy), service, cocktails (must order the pirate Manhattan), wine, homemade bread and pasta (mushroom and prosciutto) and tiramisu. Sam made sure everything was perfect and shared his love of food and drink with us. We felt very taken care of and will be going back again! I can’t believe this place is in Bellingham, it’s so remarkably authentic and delicious!
One of the best meals I have had to date! The entire experience from start to finish was amazing. Highly recommend for anyone who enjoys good food and a wonderful atmosphere.
My wife and I dined there for the second time this past week, and our dinner and the full experience was every bit as excellent as the first. The starters were excellent (prawns with cured pork and asparagus), and the entrees (salmon and short ribs) were also amazing. All wrapped up in a venue with great decor and wonderful waitstaff. We'll be back!
WOW!!!! The best food I have had in my life! The owner came out and helped select the best drinks with the meals, everything was flawless and divine, and the whole meal costed half the price of what it would normally cost - not even kidding!One of the best restaurants in the State!!!! 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The chef and owner, along with his talented wife, make sure every person at your table is satisfied. Exquisite food, staff and ambiance make Milanos a 5 star must visit restaurant in Bellingham.
Delicious Italian food, wine, and cocktails with lovely service. We especially loved the pesto and aperol spritz and will definitely be returning for that! Such a cute spot & easy to miss as you walk by - but definitely don’t miss it if you are in town!The fish is also very yummy and love the bread served with olive oil & balsamic. Appreciate that proof of vaccination is currently required as well for safety. Thank you Milano’s!!
Wonderful food! Excellent drinks and the hospitality is second to none! Everything we ordered from drinks to the Tiramisu was amazing! The ambiance is world class and Sam, the owner, will make sure you are well taken care of! I can’t wait to go back!
