This place is AMAZING!!! So incredibly curated. First off, I make it a habit of visiting middle eastern markets in every town I visit. This is the best selection by far. Beyond that, they also have other incredible curated items (best pasta noodles, etc.). And the wine selection is impeccable. Beyond that, the owner, Marie is so kind and hospitable.
The food here is delicious , but the person preparing the order who is nice doesn't use a handle to pick up the food , yes he has gloves but picks up food with his hands and touches everything (refrigerator , adjust face mask all with same hands) .pls use handles to pick food .
My experience was pretty mixed. I did not order any food, so can't speak to that. I loved that the market had a really great selection and bought a couple fun things from the friendly staff.The negative part came when I ate a bite of some date cookies I had bought off the clearance rack. They were rancid. I took them back in less than 5 minutes after having purchased them, the staff confirmed they were rancid and also 3 months past their expiration date. They then said that their policy is no refunds on things bought from the clearance rack. So, buyer beware, this market sells rancid expired food and will not give your money back because you bought it at a discount.
Good authentic food and tastes like home cooking!The falafels are so fresh and delicious. Must try.
This was a little gem! I'm vegan and they were very accommodating. The Greek Salad was amazing and the Hummus was so tasty! They have a great selection of Mediterranean items. The staff were all super friendly. Always happy to support small family businesses. When we return to visit the city. We will visit again!
Is there a sixth star? If so these folks deserve it. So much good food to take home and experiment with. And the sandwiches they serve are wonderful. Yep, 6 stars.
