Very poor customer service. The most unprofessional place in whole Bellingham. This place don’t deserve orders..twice I have gone through their lines and both times after 20+ minutes they would ask me to go park else where and they will bring the order there or is not ready. What kinda fast food this is 30 minutes and I was kicked out of the line…… I think they are prejudice against my looks…
Manager was the one on intercom and kept trying to sell me things that I was not requesting. When I asked to talk to someone else I was given attitude and cussed at. Highly recommend no one ever used this McDonald's. Their customer service is absolutely trash
they blocked my laptop from using their wifi. the dude was waiting around with his ohone so he could make sure i didnt use it(I sell art online so i work online) I ordered fries and am left wondering if they are that bad at mcdonalds or if they gave me yesterdays. I paid $5 when they give you yesterdays food- are they stealing the money? its the wifi issue that was going to earn them one star they had to have been discriminating against something.
Staff was friendly and greeted me at the counter to let me know there would be a little wait. Covid friendly ordering space was clean and easily heard, even with my bad hearing!Food was okay but special order was incorrect. There were no straws or napkins in my bag nor were the sauces for my nuggets. The large dining areas are broken in to three sections. There is currently a fantastic big meeting space in the unused play area(shut down due to health concerns of Covid) with great tables and seating. There are also many little spaces to sit in the main dining area if looking for smaller seating area along with a small bar. Bathrooms are pretty clean.I know most of their business is through the drive in,however, even with the lobby being super quiet the floors had some garbage a few places and tables weren't all clean.
Terrible experience. There was no attendant on the counter so I used the machine, which didn't work. So I went to the counter and waited for an attendant, and she was very unpleasant. I waited for my number but it was never called. when eventually I got my meal it was cold and soggy. I asked for my money back so I could just leave, not trusting them to cook my food at that point. The same cashier argued with me about that! I wouldn't eat here!
Just popped -n-. 2large senior coffees. Sat down. Visited. Enjoyed the atmosphere in Mickey D's. Clean, warm, Quiet.The young lady made a fresh pot! It's all good ?.Thank you, "McDonald's"Mask Up/\Smiles.....
This was the worst experience we've ever had at McDonald's. The drive through long lines and long wait times. The hand off of the food was handed over wrong. It's supposed to be handed at the top of the bag not by the bottom of the bag and handed over. She also asked if we wanted a straw and then gave us one that was ripped open. Then to make matters worse the burgers were less then desirable tasted like over cooked or dried out beef. The fries weren't salted at all. To make matters worse we all had stomach issues a few hours after eating. This also happened on a Saturday. I wouldn't recommend this McDonald's to my worst enemy. Please stear clear.
Straight bussin, employees are nice and they get they’re job done quickly. definitely been to worse mcdonald’s, this one doesn’t really mess up orders so pretty good comparatively. they should add root beer to the menu cause like… root beer ??.
Better and friendlier service than I’ve gotten at many fine dining restaurants. Order was on point, the cashier knew the in’s and outs of how the McDonald’s App works (I needed help) and unlike Wendy’s and the other liars out there, this McDonalds is open during their posted hours instead of making excuses and wasting people’s time. Never thought I’d give a McD’s 5 ⭐️, but this one deserves every one of them!
I’ve been ordering the two cheeseburger meal for over 2 decades. This location can’t ever seem to get that basic meal down accurately. I always pull out of the driveway with some portion of the meal missing or incorrect. It’s infuriating and they always refuse to fix it!
