This place took over 2 hours (in the drive thru) until we finally were able to get our McDonald's food (everyone knows McDonald's food is gross. The least you can do is get it to us fast, but they couldn't even do that right). We were told that they were adding things up with pen and paper when ordering in the drive thru and that they would not accept cards. Only cash. Luckly we had cash. But this is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Obviously McDonald's has terrible food. Everyone knows that. So this is not a review of their food but of their service. Horrible. Over 2 hours to get our food? And they didn't take cards? Are you kidding me? What century is this?

They always mess up your order & if you dont tell them about the special deals they will charge you more regular price knowing the sign is literally outside!!! And they serve out RAW meat look this quarter pounder! I understand they are busy but atleast temp your food guys!!!
I made an order on the app for a Small Sprite, and I go to pick it up in the carryout option. They don't come out so I come in, and they yell at me to leave and go through the drive-through. I do, and when they ask for my order number, I couldn't tell them since I did it through the carryout option. They don't respond for 5 minutes and then refused to give me my drink in the line. Such poor service, zero reason for the inside of the restaurant to be closed, I would recommend going to the one on King Street instead, they're nice to you at the very least.
These guys are so great I love going through and giving chicken nuggets for my dogs I have 6 golden retrievers and we all get a kick out of it
Nice staff! I don’t usually go to McDonald’s expecting to receive an outstanding customer service experience, but I get that here. They seem like they’re having fun behind the counter, and that’s awesome. Four stars only because it’s McDonald’s.
Waited in line for 30 minutes, and when we asked to add a burger at the window (I know that’s annoying of us but I got hungrier waiting) they straight up said no. Then we get home and it turns out they forgot part of our order and sauces. They need to hire more people or teach them how to handle stress.
I delivery for Uber eats, consistently when I come here the drive thru line has 20 cars in it and obviously not enough people working. This is ridiculous.

My fiancé forgot to check the bag and didn’t bring home the sauces I wanted. I am super pregnant and we are moving so I drove back and Kailyn and the other drive thru employees were SO incredibly kind, gave us an extra order of fries, and rushed the order out first to make up for his mistake! You made my night Kailyn!! Thank you ??? She deserves a raise!
