Been to hundreds of Mickey Ds throughout the country. The King Street store has the best employees of any of them. The greetings and overall treatment really is uplifting when starting your day.
Extremely kind and lively staff. The guy working the window told me to enjoy my hotcakes, and I genuinely felt like he meant it. Maybe having a rotating crew of college kids is good for morale, who knows. Four stars only because it’s McDonald’s and the quality is very inconsistent. Also somewhat of a hard location to get to by foot.
Evertime I've come here , day or night, line or no line. My food is never correct. Yes I know its fast food and isn't always perfect but it would be really nice to have someone competent enough to learn how to make a one burger right with just no pickles. Also don't try and order any sause. You will never get any ever. Like ever lol just my opinion.
I ordered a #1, no pickles added cheese. My Big Mac was only right in that it had no pickles. There was NO cheese or sauce! What the heck, it's fairly easy to touch the right buttons, most horrid Big Mac ever. Of course I didn't discover this until I arrived back at work so there was nothing I could do about it as I was running late on my lunch break after having run an errand. I will not give this McDonald's any more business as every time I go here whether inside or drive thru my order is wrong! Best to go to Sehome District McD's.
Somehow got an entire feast for 9$. The kids playpen thing isn't functioning. I always wondered why they don't make an adult playpen. Give me a big Mac and a rock climbing gym and I'm set.
The manager stuck his head out of the drive thru and accused me of littering. I did not and he should apologize. And I had to go back because they screwed up my order. I bet he spit in it. Bad bad service. No Stars.
The person taking my order was rude didn't tell me my total then when I got to the window he informed me that my chocolate shake was made with hot fudge sundae topping bc they were out of shake mix. But he didn't inform me until I asked why it looked funny
Had to have my burger specifically made special because of a food allergy. They were able to accommodate my needs and gave me a correct order that I asked for the furst time!. Very pleased, will return soon.?
My boyfriend made an online order at 3:15am because they don't accept card at this time for their system update which I understand I use to work at jack in the box but what I don't understand is why they won't accept an online order that was already paid for online. Not only that but the lady that was on the headset was extremely rude to him. It is unprofessional to have someone work at an establishment if they can't even be polite about it.
