Absolutely the best ice cream shop ever. The homemade ice cream’s are delicious and the flavors are out of this world. You got to go here

Mallard Ice Cream absolutely delicious and always has wonderful, unique flavors. Their chocolate coconut ice is my favorite ice cream in the whole world. The atmosphere is funky and welcoming and the people who work there are the cherry on top!

Unique flavors and a wonderful local shop. If you’re craving something sweet that isn’t the standard chain, pop into Mallard Ice Cream! With flavors like Pineapple Poblano and Kala Masala, you won’t be disappointed!

Poor service, ignorant employees.

Finally made it back after a few years and Mallard's still has the best coffee ice cream I have had anywhere. No more indoor dining, but they have covered seating outside. They do require masks but provide them at the entrance.

Before Covid-19 this was a great place for family celebrations. A place to hang out and play games. The current policy of take out only for over 2+ years!? Decent ice cream but not enjoyable at 30 degrees outside/takeout only. Outdoor seating with heating was rubbish. I understand government regulations and concerns but they went well beyond health department guidelinesNot for us again.

Awesome ice cream flavors and AMAZING staff make this a must for us every time we come to town!

This is the best ice cream shop I have EVER been to. They have a great selection of classic flavors, vegan options, as well as cool flavors I’ve never had before (cardamom and early grey tea are my favs). Love this place !!

Though I'm sure the ice cream is still really good, I was heartbroken to see what this place has become. In college I loved coming here because of the cool vibe, board games and fun atmosphere, not to mention samples served on cold spoons and the smiles from the staff. Despite no mask mandate currently and no restrictions on indoor dining, they have insisted on still requiring masks, not letting people eat inside, and no more samples or fun atmosphere. They have chosen to rebrand themselves as fussy, paranoid, virtue signalers at the expense of the fun, warm, welcoming place they once were. It's really sad. I hope they come to their senses so I can return. At this point I'm unwilling to give any business to these folks because of this and it makes me really sad. The only thing worse than losing Mallards and all those memories is to see it like this.

My favorite ice cream place in Bellingham. The strawberry cookies and cream is my favorite there
