The food came via Uber Eats. There was sauce spilled all throughout the plastic bag. The sauce was leaking out of the foam food cartons. Sauce was spilled into both salads. We spoke with the Uber driver immediately on the phone and confirmed that this is how it was packaged by the restaurant. They did not pack the food well. We ordered one meal with sauce on the side. They ignored this request as all three meals were dripping with extra sauce. One was supposed to be teriyaki and one was spicy. All of the sauce was spicy. When we called the place to ask why this happened they were rude, disrespectful, and refused to take responsibility. We thought we were ordering from Little Tokyo in Barkley Village. Tokyo House is near Western and it has a reputation for bad food and poor service. This is exactly what we got from this place. They refused to give us a refund, but after seeing the photos, Uber did a refund. I cannot say how extremely disappointed I am. Obviously, I’ll never trust them to provide us a meal ever again. They ought to be ashamed of the poor quality of their food.

Everything we had at the Tokyo house was great. House made pickled vegetables, were a nice side with the bbq meal for 3.
Extraordinary food experience. This journey engages all your senses. Fresh foods you feel good about eating. So many flavors. The staff has incredible teamwork which produces excellence all around. Absolutely FUN!!!! Every customer in the restaurant was having a blast. I cannot wait to come back and bring my child. My son, who's 7, is going to love this place. This is one of the best places I have ever been to on date night.

Fantastick, table top BBQ, spicy pork, beef, shrimp. Kimchi was home made and fantastick!
