We ordered online. Over $40 bill. When we arrived to pick up our order. We were told that all online orders were cancelled, and given a number to call. We asked about our money that they charged, and the girl at the window rudely told us that we will call that number and that's how we will get our refund. When we called the number it says there is no answer and sends us to a voicemailbox. Done with this place. Go to Popeyes in Lynden instead!
Found not one hair but two in my food. Ordered a slightly modified order (switched one side for another) so I don't know if this was on purpose? That or they really need to reinforce hairnets :( Please don't eat the food right away while driving, check when you get home. This was upsetting since the people taking my order and at the window seemed very nice.
The only KFC in Bellingham and is now closed to enter?, only window and pick up. Well chicken was old, old, not even close to be hot or fresh, bad taste and to put the top on it was very $$$$$$$$$$$$. Why if they are using less personnel? Wow, the only care about the money not us!! It was good before. So let it be, we won't care about kfc-J. No more ever for me.
Went there to get chicken but ended up getting fish and Fry basket with coleslaw and decided to eat a parking lot. Whatever happened the good old days when they gave you silverware so that you could eat your food with they gave me one tartar sauce and that was it and one napkin so disappointing
All COVID changed order only KFC from app or door dash and you can't order for no matter How much money anything from a&w without a car only.
So much better now that KFC has Beyond Chicken nuggets! They taste great. I wish there were some sides other than fries that were vegan as well.Staff are helpful. Unfortunately there have been several order mistakes recently. No sauce or the wrong sauce when sauce was ordered online, other stuff that isn't horrible, just a little careless.
Chicken is ok but they frequently are out of what type of chicken I want. They also have consistently forgot parts of my order that I didn’t realize until I got home. Check you bags before leaving!!!
My family is on a budget and the order taker overcharged us for a side of potatoes and then did not provide gravy. No napkins, cutlery, or plates were offered. We felt the order takes also got short with my husband and I because he was unable to hear us I guess as we were asked to repeat our order many times.
The chicken sandwich was a fantastic deal! Very big, tasty and juicy for $3.99!
4.5 due to the fact they subbed my chocolate milkshake for a pop for a small sub charge. The leg was a bit overcooked but the thigh was delicious and juicy. The biscuit recipe has been changed and I'm not a fan of them anymore. The mashed potatoes and gravy were good and the coleslaw delicious as always. I could make a meal on that side alone! They included a chocolate chip cookie which was surprisingly quite moist and delicious. All in all a good late lunch for me today. Oh and the drive up gal was very nice, too, complimenting my two little charges in my back seat in their carseats!
