I have ordered delivery from here several times. They are so hit and miss on the actual delivery. My order was received at the store at 7:10 pm, it is now 8:07 pm and I haven't heard anything from the store on why it is taking so long. I literally could have walked to the store, sat down and ate, then walked back to my hotel in this time frame. Edit... after an hour and a half I called and canceled my order, we shall see if I get charged for this.

The sandwiches are great, and the service is *usually* pretty good, but these prices are crazy. Do JJs not realize how bad people are struggling right now? I get it, food places have had a rough couple years, but charging too much from customers who already don't have enough is gonna make it worse.

Unfortunately along with the obnoxious pricing and the genuine lack of choices to add i could only choose one addition so I chose pickles and they only put 2 pickles on one on each end to make it seem like there where pickles throughout it was extremely unsatisfactory and frustrating!

For a quick meal, or just craving a good sandwich, this is your place. Jimmy John's makes amazing subs with quality being there as well. I love this location because the staff are always kind, ready to work, and cleaning constantly. The atmosphere is welcoming and comforting.

Wouldnt let me add horseradish aioli on my sandwhich but would serve a customer without a mask even though it says no mask no service on the door.

Got here at 5:35pm. Lights out and doors locked.

Probably the worst experience I've had at a jimmy john's yet. The people behind the counter completely forgot about my sandwich to start off with so I waited longer than normal. Then, when the sandwich came it wasn't cut in half (yes, I know you have to ask but in all honesty you shouldn't have to ask), there was practically no mayo on it, and the lettuce was so wilted it was more brown spots than green. All served on slightly overcooked bread. $22 for nothing but disappointment. Maybe I'll try again at a different time in the future but that time won't be anytime soon.

This year has been pretty terrible service wise. I've tried to order several times. A few of the times I waited over an hour to get my food delivered. I work 2 blocks away. Other times I would order, give them a call after 30 minutes, and would be told it's on its way. Then call back 20 minutes later and be told the same thing. When I'd call again, they would be honest and tell me they're really busy and it hasn't even been made yet. The last time I tried to order the website said online orders were not available. So I called to see if they had closed. The person I spoke with said he slept in and was supposed to open, and unfortunately it would be another 45 minutes for any of the bread to be ready. This was at 10:30(ish) in the morning. This year has been tough on all businesses and I'm always in favor of supporting local businesses. But this location has really gone downhill. Hope they make the necessary changes before they lose all their customers.

Slowest JJ ever. Rude service. Foods fine though.

Was a really nice woods coffee to go into and the staff did a great job to
