Disappointed with this location. I work 5 minutes away. If you get green lights, less. It took 45 minutes for a 20$ sandwich? At least they got my order correct this time. Previous order was an Italian, and a turkey avavado... Got an Italian and a tuna... Not going to be ordering from here anymore.
Took the delivery driver 1 hr to deliver my sandwich and it was a 5 min drive or less. I thought they were suppose to be known for there speed.
This store has NEVER gotten an order correct. I am missing HALF of my order and the store is making it seem like an inconvenience for them to fix it. Don't waste your money.
Smells bad and food is meh. I wouldn' t eat here if you paid me.
Veggie sandwich was tasty; however, it was nothing like my order. I was there yesterday 11-8-21. I ordered veggie:scoop the bread, cut in half, extra veggies. Sounded like the last 1,000 times I said it. The young woman repeated my order and handed it to some tall guy who made the sandwich. Gee, he heard the order then read it and still he gave me No scoop the bread, No cut in half, and No extra veggies. Love the Veggie Sandwich so will try other locations for awhile. Maybe this guy will find his true work passion and follow his dream...its not customer service.
I'd write a review but it seems the "actual review" doesn't even make it to the actual store location ???? Someone is "coping and pasting" the same response and THEN they have the audacity to request that you send your review to ANOTHER email address. Jimmy John's should be happy that the person sent the review in the first place, to suggest that they THEN send it somewhere else is ludicrous. The individual doing the "copy and pasting" can forward the review on, I would think that's THEIR job, not mine. Where's senior management on this one, this is marketing 101. You would think a large corporation like JJ's would have their s*** together on something like this, obviously someone dropped the ball on this one. So with this my review still stands @ ONE STAR......and NO, please don't ask me to forward it somewhere, it ain't happening.
Good food it's fairly nutritious for a quick meal. The staff though was slow. Lots of daydreaming going on. Line was forming and sandwich makers were never bothered. Wish the younger generation had some motivation.
Unfortunately I used to be able order a sandwich ahead of time on the app and it would be waiting for me at the pickup table. In the past few months it’s almost never ready even with 20+ min lead time. Have been late to work due to wait times upwards of 15 minutes for my order once I arrive at the store. When I do arrive staff don’t engage or ask if I’m waiting on anything. Staff by and large also do not seem motivated to work hard to engage customers. Hoping this can be improved.
Would give 5 stars, but since staff change they never have my online order ready and I order 20 minutes in advance. It cuts into my lunch time, kind of frustrating
I haven't been to a Jimmie John's in forever. I stopped by this one today. It was so fast and clean and the staff was really friendly. And my sandwich was amazing! Thanks guys!
