High pricing for what you get and a consistently inconsistent experience make this place already hard to like. Couple that with the rats scurrying about the parking lot and around doors don’t exactly provide consolation that the product being sold here is safe, or that the staff care about this location and it’s customers. Lastly, the stomach turning sensation I experience 12 hours after each god forsaken time I have to eat here make this establishment a 1/5. I want my money back.

Arrived at restaurant to order and eat in motorhome at noon as we had dogs with us. Online said open. Front door locked and no signage to say inside closed. No online info saying dining room closed. Unable to fit 36 foot motorhome thru drive-thru.Why not let customers know you are only operating drive thru so tgey don't waste their time and gas??

Consistency is important, which is why i can’t knock them to much for consistently giving me the wrong food. I ordered tacos today and got loaded fries. And if you’re brave enough to order from them on door dash be warned, if they don’t have an item they will just give your dasher your order without that item and not say anything about it. I’ve had that happen 3 times. But their chicken is pretty solid if they give you the right order!

The drive thru wasn't busy at all and we were able to go straight to the speaker to place our order. For whatever reason it took 20 minutes to get our order and the person at the window couldn't be bothered to say hello, sorry for the wait, have a good day... It seems her job is to put her back against the window and stand there doing nothing while the store is swamped and no good is coming out. No GAF at all.

Horrible, sat in line for 15 mins why they talked to someone when I honked the lady at the window started yelling and cussing at me. Then she flipped me off and they refused to let me out. Her name is Anna and I have video of it. The picture below is the lady flipping me off.....update. been about a month now and still no type of management has contacted me about this even after reporting it to corporate. Apparently it's acceptable to treat people this way with them. I for one will never go here again. I hope you won't either.

Ordered a ham and egg sandwich and a grande sausage burrito. Both tasted great. Large portions. But the burrito was broken so it made it tough to eat in the car. But will definitely have the breakfast again.

Ordered curly fries and they gave me a box of regular fries with a few curly fries on top..

Used to be an ok establishment, but lately they are either completely closed later at night, for various reasons. Or if they are open, their drill is broken, or their grill . Recently they have been telling me that they are only taking cards sometimes, and at other times they can only take EXACT cash. Fail ?

The owner apparently hates animals well at least dogs cuz they ( as in every JIB I've been to so far)adamantly refuse to offer any kind of pup cup (a very small cup of either a little scoop of vanilla ice cream, or Lil baby squirt of whip cream they've even refused when I offered to pay. So idk to me that honestly says ALOT about a person or buisness

They give me wrong order twice .. so I had to go in the drive thru twice.. waste of my time. And when we order for delivery gave us a burn frice and burn crispy chicken in the bun
