We've been here twice in the last three weeks. The first time was such a disaster, both of our breakfasts were comped. We sat there, while four tables received their food. They were all seated after us. Food was cold and unfit to eat. The waitress offered a 10% discount. I'm a veteran and was going to get that anyway!Yesterday, we decided to give it another try. Our friends joined us and again our food was so cold, the butter just sat there. While we waited, we noticed our food just sitting there. It sat there for 10-15 minutes, all the while, our server took multiple orders and it sat there. Of course, she had to enter their order on the computer. And it sat there. She refreshed the other people's coffee then returned to the kitchen area. She put the food on the counter and it sat there. Finally we were served our food. We all mentioned it was cold. She took the ladies pancakes back to the kitchen only to return with, cool pancakes. Bless her heart. $80.00 with tip. Sorry guys. Two sad strikes, your out.

Although busy, IHOP seems to be lagging behind in full restoration post covid. Most of their traditional condiments are still not on the tables, their 4 bottle syrup, salt and pepper, etc.Order consisted of two adult items and a child. Rather being delivered together, each came out of kitchen separately - with the child meal brought out last. The pancakes were a little dry and the butter was a weird consistency??????‽

I'm not a person that likes to eat out, but since my 6 year old granddaughter loves pancakes I thought I'd treat her out at IHOP! The wait for a table wasn't long. But, our meal came almost an hour later!!!! It was so cold the butter wouldn't melt on the hot cake..... and my granddaughters order what usually comes with a Starburst of whip on the top must've had a half a can of it totally smothered and ran down the sides. I had to apologize and tell the waitress that there's no way we could eat our meal. I was planning on having to pay for it. But was told that the compt our meal.I don't plan on taking her back. I was so disappointed.

Been visiting this location on and off since 1995. I think I've just had my last meal here. It's not just IHOP. The changes in society over the last 10 years have led to a serious drop in overall quality of life. Oh well.

Our visit was good. Restaurant was very clean and waitress was super nice and professional..

I was not happy with service. Took for ever for coffee to be served. Coffee taste like water. I requested no cheese in my omelette but cheese was in it anyway. I ordered take out..no syrup was in take out bag for pancakes n french toast. Not going back.

Sad to say, the food and service has declined dramatically. Pancakes were dry. No more berry syrup or any condiments on table. Had to ask and wait for enough plain syrup to make pancakes edible. Just really sad. Used to be our favorite place :-(

We went for free pancakes and happy hour but somehow for a pancake hour they took extraordinarily long to prepare the food. There was some mishap with the order and the waitress didn’t notice until we pointed it out.

great, quick service. kid friendly.

Food was good, seats and table were clean. Great service too.
