Family owned and operated. Fresh sushi. My only critique is that they dont have saba, pickled mackerel
Great sushi, at a great value. The salmon rolls were very large and had a lot of meat. It is hard to fill up on sushi, but two rolls had me stuffed. The employees seemed friendly and professional. Extra bonus that they had gluten free soy sauce.
In love with Fujisan Sushi. I always get their tiger roll and more recently I started getting their eel urumaki roll which is also so good. I would rate it 10 stars if I could.
Without question, this is the best sushi and ramen in Bellingham, and would stand up as good in other places where the bar is much higher than here. Fresh, well executed, interesting choices, and a charming atmosphere when dine-in is available. Not to be missed.
Sweet staff and good sushi! My go to sushi place in Fairhaven. When they were open during the snow days they were busy with orders but continued to stay nice and make good quality food!
Found this restaruant by chance, and tried a few of their rolls tonight. Very nice food, with very friendly staff. Coming back to try some noodles....
Best sushi in town by far.
This is the highest quality sushi in Bellingham. If you know good sushi, this is the only place to go. Very high quality fish, and high quality wasabi (which is important if you know the difference). Don't bother with anything else in town. This is the real deal.
This might be the best sushi place in Bellingham but it's not great and definitely not the best on the west coast like another breathless review said. The sushi was mediocre, the fish didn't taste very fresh, and the sushi deluxe was supposed to come with salad but they didn't give any. They didn't even give napkins. For $25 it was pretty overpriced for the quality. I really wasn't impressed.
