Delicious, authentic, great customer service. Not many Mediterranean food places in Whatcom county but this one is the best

Five Columns is one of the best restaurants in the area, hands down. The team is led by an incredible Chef and passionate kitchen, caring about their food and their customers. Seriously, highly recommend, and I can't even pronounce half the things on the menu ?
I had never been to this restaurant before and honestly didn't really want to have dinner here but we were being invited for dinner so we didn't really get to choose where to go. After looking over the menu a few times I almost didn't even want to order anything just because I was afraid to try something new and because I am not used to eating at such pricey restaurants.My kids had a burger with fries and they really enjoyed their burgers which was surprising coming from my youngest since he isn't much of a burger person sometimes. My bf and I both ordered steak and potatoes with a side of salad. My brother ordered the feticichini alfredo with shrimp added to it. Everyone enjoyed their meals including me.The service was ok. Once we arrived I had seen how my brother was already drunk and so I was very disappointed in the waitress so still served him another 2 glasses of wine instead of cutting him off. I don't think I would ever person go choose to go back to eat here unless I were to get invited here again.

I've had better Greek food... not terrible but not mouth watering delicious either.
Pretty good salads. Be careful if you order the greek salad with gyro meat. It is a feast for 2-3 people! Really good plates besides the gyro salad had the fettuccine with chicken was really good and hearty portions. Their beer glasses were kind of small though.
