Amazing food, like the best food you'll ever eat. And portions are absolutely awesome for what you pay. I only wish they didn't put orders in styrofoam and plastic bags and chose paper instead.
Went out on a limb and decided to try a place that I was hesitant to for a long time. Turns out that it was actually fantastic! The food was amazing, the staff was super helpful and kind. Definitely coming here again soon!I got the Fat Viking footlong Sandwich and I must say, I was only able to eat a little over half of it before becoming full, well worth the 15$¡
This is an ultimate late night or lunch cravings place. Super good food and unique menu. Staff was very friendly and inviting. Definitely will be coming back.
Fat Shack is shouldering the burden of the late-night grease seeker's hunger here in Bellingham, and for that you gotta tip your hat to 'em. This town has far too few options after midnight, and this place is one of them. Sure, you could get a Jack in the Box burger for way cheaper, but honestly, once you try the Fat Shack double and their ridiculously crispy fries (probably the best in town), or their chicken tenders with honey mustard, you won't want to risk it anywhere else. I can't imagine coming here in the daytime, but when I need a burger at 1 am, Fat Shack's always there!
just walking in the door with the very helpfull ,chill, sweet staff you know your about to eat one of the best meals ever!..very filling great atmosphere and spectacular food! there house made honey mustard sauce is to die for! deffinatly a must! they also have deep fried deserts!
It made me sick, not like it tasted bad but made me physically ill the following day(s).They marked my order as "ready for pickup" before even starting work on it.When I arrived I was asked my name and told "we are about to start working on that one."Even though I arrived roughly 5 minutes after my pickup time (and again it said in the app my order was complete and ready for pickup) I waited almost 20 more minutes before my food was done!As if that wasn't bad enough by the time I got home (only 5 min away and I use insulated bags) all of the fried food was stone cold. Showing that it was done and sitting getting cold while my other food was not yet ready or likely had not yet even been started.The staff are nice though and they seem overworked, maybe look to add one more crew member to the shift?

1st time experience and let me tell you what! You've never had a burger until you taste their burgers!! BEST PLACE FOR A BADAZZ BURGER..
The food was above average. However, with only one customer in front of us and 4 staff members, it managed to take 30-45 minutes to receive our food. We were told "omg we totally forgot" by the ADD/ADHD mentally incapacitated generation of Gen-Z. I say this because that was the only aged staff at the time of my visit.My rating is low for now- I am going to give it another try hoping for a better experience.
Burger was made perfectly to my special order (I’m picky about toppings and I hate sending food back). Fries were crispy, and Mac and Cheese bites were rich without being greasy. Staff is welcoming and friendly, too. Easy to squeeze ketchup bottles instead of packets always a plus. Can’t wait to try more from the menu. Not the CHEAPEST fast food in town, but like anything, you get what you pay for. Well worth it.
