This is one of those rare finds that every foodie dreams of! Mediterranean food made from scratch by someone who knows what they are doing. If you know how good falafel can be and you've just been settling for the American food equivalent, your wait for real falafel is over. It is here at the Falafel Truck. The short menu is focused on getting a few things exactly right. I you are anywhere near Bellingham don't miss this!
March 15 2022: I heard good reviews but my food was not good. Sauces and service was excellent though.The big con was that my falafel was cold- refrigerator cold. Interior had a pasty texture because it wasn't fully cooked. fries were under fried, but were cheap and had a delicious seasoning. Vegetables in my food were a little limp/lacking in flavor.Service and sauces were top notch. The guy working was chill.
Excellent hummus and falafel; authentic, unique and fresh pita. Pita wrap is not a sodden mess the next day, allowing 2 excellent meals. We will be back.
This place is sooooo good. Passed by it last week and decided to give it a try. Best Vegan Falafel Pita I have had. Will def be making this spot a regular place for lunch. Highly recommend.
What GREAT Falafels! So big, so inexpensive! The pita pocketss hold together and all that deliciousness fits right in! Sauce, pickles - the bomb!

I grew up never having tried Falafel (I didn’t even know how to pronounce it!)My wife started eating vegan a few year ago, and we checked this place out as an option. It’s now one of my favorite food trucks! I actually enjoy the falafel pita as well. A very generously stuffed pita with fresh made falafel balls, topped with tomatoes, chopped pickles, tahini, and other flavorful goodness to give a very robust flavor.
Ordered extra pita and so glad I did! Not stale or thin, but a nice doughy toasted pita the right size for stuffing all the fillings. A smart deal for your dollar.
10 bucks for a very filling falafel and hummus plate (#3) with some bread. Will come back!
