I read that El Tapatito won best of bellingham so i had to try it. Wow oh wow was i impressed. I had a go to Mexican spot in bellingham but no more. Had the $11 taco plate 2 asada and 1 pastor, beef was incredibly moist and tender the pastor was equally so. The rice was bland but beans and cheese awesome so overall an A+ from me and i will be back, can be sure of that
Solid spot. Stopped in after work and ordered takeout, taco salad and enchiladas. Great food, great staff, plenty of parking, outdoor space to eat- overall a place I would go again. The serving sizes aren't what I've had at other taco trucks for the same price, but this is definitely a newer, more 'upscale' truck.
Tacos are good here, quality ingredients prepared the right way. Service is taco truck. Prices are a little higher for street tacos, and that applies to their other food as well.
Great Hash Brown Burrito! I skip the beans and add ham, pico de gallo, sour cream and avocado. NOM! Friendly staff too!
Bought 2 Asada Burrito with jalapenos, barely any meat in either, dry, barely any jalapeno in mine, pretty much just rice, beans and cilantro. Also the customers outside were the only ones masked up, woman inside was not.Which some folks don't mind i'm sure, we didn't care, just wanted a decent meal.
San Antonio boy visits WA…and gets some amazing Mexican eats! Had me the burrito con Asada beef…and ijole! Es un burrito deliciouso!!! A plate of food in a tortilla. The beef is delicious and tangy, rice is fluffy salsa is spicy & smoky! Young man who took my order is pleasant AF. Gotta hit this place up again before i leave.
A was a surprise for me,eating a tacos and a burrito at taco truck,a was expecting a greasy food and guest what? Not greasy and super delicious. I do recommend 100% to eating at this place.
Check your order, they got 2/3 wrong in mine. The food itself was pretty good though.
I think I must have ordered the wrong item as I am no where near offering up 5 stars for my pork burrito. Unfortunately. It was bland, even with the spicy sauce on the side. For $9 I know I can get a more flavorful burrito elsewhere. I'll give El Tapatio another try on another day and hopefully the results will be much better. We want to support local, but the food has to be better than the chains, period. Fingers crossed for the next time.
Out of all the taco trucks I have eaten at. This is definitely the best.
