Of all the Mexican places I've eaten at over my 60 years, this is by far my favorite. Alfonso is the best. He really cares & wants you to have the best experience possible.There was more food than I could eat for dinner & breakfast the next day.Just try it. You'll love it.
If your a dasher/uber eats driver put this on your black list multiple wait times of 10-20 minute, its on my blacklist to never deliver from.If your a customer its very hit or miss
Thank you so much for the super service and food that you gave the Bainbridge Island Sailing Team while in Bellingham! We had a very complicated order with several special dietary needs. You managed to beautifully accommodate all the requests and prepare delicious lunches for over 30 sailors and parents. You also took special care to make sure you understood our order, label each with names, and gave very generous portions!! Thank you again Alfonso and Marin! We will be back!
Food is okay, depending on what your interests are if you were to take it home and reheat be prepared for a stomach battle. The drinks (alcohol) could be better, i ordered a zombie cocktail and could barely get by on the first 2 sips, they may have overpoured on the alcohol so when i left i was a little buzzed, customer service wise defonitely needs work, the waiter seemed like he didnt want to be there and was kind of silent, whereas the other waiter was super loud and couldnt tell if he was angry or not, overall, its totally up to you to go, dont go based off my review, sometimes its different for people
Alfonso!!! Can I say more Alfonso and his son are the heart and character of this amazing restaurant I travel the country monthly and never in my life have a I found a more enjoyable Mexican restaurant from NEW Mexico across the rest of the states and even in Chihuahua and Tijuana in Baja California I have not found a place with food or servers I have enjoyed more. If you do not eat here I have pity on you because you will never have better food or better service than you do here. Trust me on this and go eat be merry and enjoy the amazing service at this once in a lifetime eatery

Typical family Mexican restaurant, but it’s the servers that make it worth coming back to. Tacos were perfect, and when there was a mistake, they corrected it with a smile. My servers were Alfonso and his son, also Alfonso, and they were a hoot! One star knocked off for the chili con queso dip. Obviously premade from a can/box. With the quality of the other food, they could easily make something better from scratch. Other than that, I love this place.
The gentleman at the bar greeted me right away and was very friendly. Food was perfect. Will definitely be coming back.
