I’ve been wanting to try this Food Truck for many years since passing it by so many times. Finally stopped for some dumplings to take away. They’re called Chinese bun but they are dumplings. They were good but the vegetables seemed a bit over cooked. But I intend to try it again more menu items sometime.
We ordered almost everything on the menu, and it was all delicious! We will definitely go back again.
I randomly came across someones review of the dumpling girls, and was surprised that i hadnt heard of them before, considering i pass by their location multiple times a day. So naturally i had to try them and im happy i did. I ordered dumplings, soup and the puff balls (i apologize for not remembering their actual name). As advertised, the food was homemade, and did not disappoint. And as with anything homemade versus boxed/frozen/processed, the food was full of flavor and perfectly cooked. The menu isnt extensive, and it doesn't have to be. I cant wait to go back again, and i think anyone who is a fan of dumplings must try this place at least once!
Absolutely delicious food with tons of flavor. It's a hot spot in Bellingham and a must try. I love the noodle soup and spicy cumin lamb skewers. But you can't go wrong with anything, it's all tasty.
I wanted to love this place! Tried the spicy pork rice noodle soup, it had a generous amount of noodles, some mushrooms and ground pork, but overall was a little too oily and lacked flavor. The boa was also greasy, REALLY greasy. It was the most flavorful of the items we ordered, and I enjoyed the texture. Dumplings were so-so. Seating is outdoors with some covered options.
Authentic Chinese pan fried buns and dumplings! What a cute food truck! Absolutely great outdoor sitting. Beer place next door allows outside food and pets.
The food is always freshly made and piping hot. We love getting the dumplings and rice noodle soup. Pay in cash and get a free spring roll ?
Everything slapped, unequivocally. The beef was flavorful and delicious. I got an order of beef dumplings, pork bao, and pork shrimp wonton soup. The pork shrimp wonton soup came with oyster mushrooms and the wontons had a delicate, delicious flavor. I'd attach photos, but we ate everything already. Come here. Do it.
Delicious and needs more recognition. Their truck is right next to Goods.Their Donuts, Crab Rangoon and buns are fire. Will be trying everything on the menu out.
Dumpling Girls are the best, and I seriously can’t imagine not having them as a takeout option!! They are always so nice and efficient :^)
