Pros: Food was hot. If you like music so loud you can't verbally place an order this is your spot.Cons: Incorrect order items and customer service was unable or unwilling to help. Staff must be instructed to hand you your food or else they will not proactively serve you.
I work for Domino’s in Canada and unfortunately we didn’t get the special edition Stranger Things boxes up there. All of us were pretty bummed because we collect the special edition boxes to display in our office. So when I went in to this location while visiting Bellingham I told them this and they were kind enough to give me one of the boxes!! Domino’s Vancouver says thank you!! ??
The past few times I’ve done a mobile order it’s been ready when I arrived. I arrived early and the 2 guy employees making the pizzas didn’t have any gloves on which is unsanitary and hope management addresses it next time otherwise I’m switching my dominos location.Ordered at 7:45pm on 05/14/22 in the afternoon.

If you don't want to stay hangry and lose your money just find more reliable place to order food from.I ordered a pizza on 03/13/2022 around 9:30pm, they send a wrong order,(was couple extra boxes) I told it to the delivery lady and she took it back. Also, said that it will take some time to bring right order. In half hour I called them back and person on the phone said that they are already closed and will make refund. However, it already gone a week and I still don't have my refund. So just called them to ask again for the refund. Hoping get it eventually.Update:I got my refund on 03/19/2022. So. you can got your refund, just need to make couple extra calls to remind them about you.Thank you
Sadly wish I didn’t know what was happening. Spent 15 minutes on a late phone call for a delivery process that should have taken 4 minutes max, person in charge waited until closing time exactly so purchase would not confirm. Would love a explanation for why someone who gets off work late in the night is dealing with this terrible act of service. I’ve worked the pizza industry and this is the lowest I’ve seen of a company. Glad to say I worked for Papa John’s and not this place.
Terrible customer service. Was on the phone needing help figuring out there sight... the person didn't know anything about the sight and changes and trying to say the order they just said we got stuff to do and hanged up the phone. Just Terrible you are there to help the customer and if you can't help them what the point of calling in. Come on!Put your money in a different business!
Use to be great food and service. Over the last year it has definitely gone down hill. If you need any good service and quality order from the other store. Or pizza hut.
We had to wait 2 hours for the pizza because they forgot to have it delivered and when we did get our pizza it looks burnt And the boxes were dented where it looked like someone punched it not very happy with the
Ordered pizza with pepperoni sausage and olives, when I got home I got a pizza half ham n pineapple and half sausage? How did that get so far off? If it wasn't poring rain I would have returned it. I ate the sausage half but not a fan of ham or pineapple on pizza
