Girl who took my order very nice. There was no one behind me in line but when I got to the window the guy who handed me the order was very rushy handed it to me covered in gravy it was on both our hands with no napkins. The chicken was undercooked and the fries old. Ordered a strawberry shake and after reminding him I did he brought me back a strawberry shake but there were bits of cookie bits of peanut butter and bits of chocolate like left over stuff from previously made shakes. Every drink was a surprise I couldn't finish after the peanut butter chunk.
Love love loved working here. The crew is amazing. I miss them so much. All the lovely regular customers and relationships formed from working here❤️ Will always love this location!
The worst customer service. Place needs some cleaning and female employee was rude. After waiting in a long line left without buying anything. Will spend my money elsewhere
Long lines.. horrible customer service..was a loyal customer for years but todays experience with the rude cashier did it..never going back. Thanks to that rude employee.
Great service and very and thoughtful! My daughter has a peanut allergy and all she gets is a vanilla cone. I asked for the serve to change her gloves so there is no contact to peanut products and they valued and did as asked. Super friendly staff.
Horrible service . Horrible staff . Most items were not available. Had to wait extra long time . After ordering my food was told several items I ordered were not available. When I asked for a manager was told that the manager was not on premises. I'd advise go somewhere else .
Gave me wrong burger and when I went up for a replacement burger I received a literally cold burger in return. Noticed they overcharged me on my receipt so I went up again and asked for my 69 cents back and manager was rude to both staff and I. Tols manager about my cold burger and just laughed.. Will never go back to that location.
Dairy Queen is pretty good my favorite is peanut butter banana blizzard blizzardis the shizney I don't give him any negatives reviews I don't go there that often but the few times I have they been pretty good so yeah I would recommend this for family and friends four stars dairy Queen good job
Nice to see everything on the menu available again. It's been tough for a lot of businesses lately. Happy to see one of my favorite places getting back to normal.
Gave us the wrong flavor of chicken strips, but everything else was good.
