Got order wrong, overcharged for order, went back to have order corrected and never got food so I asked for a refund minus the items I kept (soda and dilly bar) but they only refunded me the order I originally asked for which was cheaper then the order they charged me for. Manager did ask if I wanted the original burger that I ordered that was just sitting in the window for 15 minutes, but by this point I just wanted my refund, even though it was the incorrect amount, and to leave. I refused the burger and took the lesser refund. Dealt with the manager the whole time and she seemed to hold the crew accountable even though she was the one I was dealing with.
Prices are not the same. As drive up menu. Manager said price went up $1 a cheeseburgerI said well sign says different then she confirmed it was. Still stuck me with higher price.I don’t think anyone there actually cares.
Old diner feel with good food and a friendly staff!
Ice cream here is an easy and enjoyable treat! I worked at a different DQ location, so I like to try and make up something more interesting to order. Try adding the royal filling to any regular blizzard to enhance it. Food is mediocre, sometimes not hot enough for my liking. It’s not my favorite atmosphere, but it’ll do when you get that soft serve craving at 10 pm.
Its not the locations fault that they changed their menu but the lack of a value menu is annoying when trying to grab something quick a little. They must have changed their burgers or something else because they do not taste the same either. The food came out cold and fries weren't even fully cooked. From now on DQ will be a blizzard destination only.
The drive thru has always been fast and fresh for me.
Not Covid safe. Staff can be really childish and rude. Avoid this place like the plague. That is, unless you want the plague. Then, by all means, this is place you're lookin for.

Good priced food with fast an friendly serviceI lowered the rating down to four stars due to the fact that the past three times i have gotten food from dairy queen the buns to my burgers have been burnt. It completely ruins the taste of your burger! Today when I ordered i was the only one in line ordering an my bun still got burnt!
Typical DQ food, I have been there quite a few times and it can get busy but they always move the line fast
