Been here a couple times now. Delicious Colombian coffee put into handcrafted delicacies. Knowledgeable staff who are clearly passionate about what they create, and always warm and welcoming. I feel very comfortable here. There is also free WiFi!These are carefully crafted drinks, which means you may wait a little longer than at Starbucks. But you’re going to get something really special and delicious, guaranteed.Check it out y’all. This place is legitimately special.

Such a sweet little spot. The owner, I believe from Columbia, is friendly and enthusiastic about his delicious coffee. Had an oat milk drink that had honey encrusted around the rim of the cup. Really good snacks, as well…
WOW! This place has authentic Columbian coffee and authentic Columbian service! Was greeted so warmly and the owner (from Columbia) made me a personal recommendation for a “cappuccino gold” which was exactly what I wanted. The coffee is the best I’ve had in bellingham. They also have authentic empanadas made by a local Columbian woman. They have gluten free, vegan and sugar free options. I came here to focus and do some work and the chairs are comfortable and the atmosphere is perfect to sit and get work done. Nice quiet music gives the place an amazing ambiance. 10/10. Will be coming back more often now that I know it’s here.
Such a cute place! Our toddler loved the vegan chorizo empanada and we both enjoyed beautiful and tasty golden cappuccinos. We will definitely be back.

I love Cof&, (that's just pronounced Coffee, it's the Columbian way). We've been here several times and each time is a wonderful experience. The coffees are delicious and brewed at the table if that is the type that you order. Or they have espresso options. And if you're hungry there are delicious empanadas and other food bites. There is even a little corner with beautiful handmade items for sale. If you haven't been go.
An adorable little Colombian Coffee Shop.First time there and I was greeted by two amazing staff members! Definitely recommend the Gold Coffee and the warm, caramelized, sweet pastry. Can’t wait to go back! I was also told the coffee milkshake was good
