I ordered some mozzarella sticks and chicken nuggets. When I asked the employee for barbecue sauce, he had the audacity to say, "I'll trade you!" and was asking me to give him back the marinara sauce. He had me check my bag to ensure I didn't have barbecue sauce hidden in there. I got back to the hotel room and when I was about to eat the nuggets, I realized they were overcooked. Smh. These have probably been sitting all day!

We just ordered 4 Impossible Whoppers from this location. While the drive thru window was open I saw the cooks making them and overheard them trash talking the burgers saying they should just throw them on the floor? When we unwrapped them we noticed that the buns were fridge cold and the patties inside were also cold. We then made a phone call to the restaurant just to tell them they were cold and the employee responded by saying no they’re made fresh, they should be hot. Ok… well they definitely weren’t. All in all terrible experience :( $40 for 4 fast food burgers and 2 sides of fries… at least make them hot please!

They're normally fine, but they've had a huge drop in quality. The chicken sandwich was unseasoned, the fries were unsalted, they didn't hear our order, and they didnt give any sauces after confirming. I'd either go to any other location or wait for new staff to cycle in.

When I ordered an applesauce, this is what I got. I would be worried about food quality if I were you. I also asked for extra pickles and no tomatoes and they gave me 2 pickles and no other toppings on my sandwich.

It is always closed early and sometimes the workers park their personal vehicles in the drive through to prevent people from ordering. I don't understand how this place stays in business when so many cars are turned away past 930. Other than that the food is generally ok but the fries are made too early and stored under the heat lamp so they're always cold when they're served. Definitely needs improvement.

I ordered one item through the drive-thru tonight it was a double cheese Junior Whopper but I got a single cheese junior Whopper. I tried calling the phone number listed and it just goes to a voicemail and doesn't even say Burger King. I will be calling the manager tomorrow to get a refund. That will be Thursday January 20th. Very disappointed there wasn't even but one car in the Drive-Thru. You would think they could get one order correct with one item.

Wish the dining area was open, if even just for the restrooms. The closing time is inaccurate online. Tried going around 11 on the weekend, and they were already closed.None of the girls with long swaying hair were wearing any hair nets, and when asked about it, they said they didnt have to???

I dont normally rate 5 stars on fast food. But I had to with this one. The lines usually really long. But there so fast it doesnt even matter. And there food is pretty good. Not too expencive. And when I order massive costom burgers they are quick and have lots of options.

Messed up my order multiple times in the past. First time eating inside, messed up my order and the employee said we'll make you a new one fresh, well as a professional fast food restaurant employee it's important to make it right for the customer if you mess up the order. she hands me my food back and said we made you a new one, I checked the food not fresh just put a cold piece of cheese on there so if ya wanna pay 12$ for some unprofessional service as a employee not making it right for the customer be my guest but never eating there EVER AGAIN!!!!!

Tasted good. The meal sizes were huge, for a good price. Staff were friendly at all times, and really quick. My main gripe was that they removed their original Veggie Burger for an impossible burger. Anyone who's ever had a Veggie Burger from BK knows that, somehow, they managed to be leagues ahead of any other imitation burger from any fast food restaurant out there. Impossible burgers on their own ARE the best imitation burger, but it seems like restaurants are always burning them to a crisp, with this burger king not being an exception. The lobby was closed however. Though I do understand that COVID is an issue, most restaurants have some protections to allow for indoor dining, such as vaccine requirements. However, since I don't know what exact reason it was closed, I won't have this affect my review at all.
