We were happily surprised to find out we had arrived during Happy Hour! So had burgers with customized toppers..both orders arrived timely and were delicious. Downsides-Sat in bar and were served by bartender...she wasn't friendly, warm or welcoming..all way through meal. I had originally ordered an extra meal to go..she told me to remind her 15 minutes before we left...yet she never came to table then. So decided against ordering..We had a good giggle over napkins under our drinks...they had hand torn regular napkins in two. Recommended for food, maybe sitting in restaurant area would have been a better service experience.
I keep trying to like this restaurant, but I just can't. Their burgers are not great. It's part of the name, that's the one thing you need to be really good at.
Great location. Good variety. Tried some of my daughters chocolate milkshake and it was amazing. A word about the fries - OMG!! They were thick, curly pub fries, perfectly cooked and not too much seasoning- just enough. The tartar sauce (house made, I assume) was delicious! I'd come back just for that!! Seriously.Descent beer selection, good menu variety. Attentive, friendly wait staff. They did not check vaccine status, at least not ours.
Great burger. But it would have been nice to know that they added the tip on to your bill. Beware you don't double tip
Really good food - I've been a Bob's supporter for years. But the consistency when you order online is non-existent. Tonight I ordered a taco salad with no tomato. Instead I got home to find tomato and no cheese. Not the first time this has happened unfortunately. I would recommend eating here, but perhaps only for dine-in.
Service and food was great. Unfortunately my fries got cold with in minutes because the place had to be 50° or less. Don't know what it costs to heat the place but I'm sure it would be a lot less if your employees didn't prop the back door open with a rock as I noticed when I used the restroom. The power had been out since 8pm the previous night and my house was freezing. So I had hoped to find a warm place to watch football. Next time I guess I'll drive a little further.
How do I pay 2 dollars more to upgrade to sweet potato fries... My friend and I both got served completely burnt fries... I have sensitive teeth, this is completely inedible for me. I'll make my own at home, burger and fries.
Got seated shortly after walking in. Friendly wait staff, & didn't have to wait long for drinks, ordering, or food. Meals tasted delicious!
We really enjoy Bob's. It's easy to order online, and our order has always been ready in a timely manner. We've not had any issues with the quality of our orders. My husband loves the fish and chips and I enjoy the steak salad. The portions are perfect for us. I usually have leftovers. Our son loves the bacon burger.
