I'm so glad we found Big Stick Barbecue. My husband and I love barbecue, but have been sorely disappointed with the local offerings until now!Everything we've had at Big Stick Barbecue has been absolutely delicious. All of the meats (ribs, pork belly burnt ends, brisket, & pulled pork) were incredibly tender, well seasoned (not too smoky either), and generously portioned, particularly when compared to their competition. We ordered take away & it was still fantastic after a 25 minute drive home. I'm appalled others complained about portion size and quality. I'm kind of picky and I actually enjoyed ALL of the sides and barbecue sauce instead of merely tolerating them as I have with the other places. If you eat out, at all, you will understand these are generous portions... Seriously, don't waste your time with Danielle's or Jack's BBQ-- Big Stick Barbecue has far better flavor, quality, and value! On top of that, the customer service was fantastic. We were warmly welcomed upon entry and Linda kindly answered all of our questions :) Their care and attention to detail is evident in everything they do. We will forever be loyal customers. Thank you for sharing your craft with us. See you next week!

Holy cow this place has some of the best food I've ever had. Everything was cooked to perfection. The place was very clean and the staff were friendly. I would highly recommend this place. The only downside is the parking spots were a bit tiny.

Don't let the office building fool you. This is a BBQ joint. First whiff when you walk in the door is amazing and can bring back memories of backyard smoking BBQ parties. I had the Rissa, pulled pork with brie and jalapeño jelly on a rosemary bun! What a fun combination of flavors. Hubby had the Texas Reuben that had a huge tender brisket. Loved the housemade bread and sauces. Mac n cheese was mild and creamy, not salty. I liked the tangy cowboy caviar, but prefer black beans. Wish we lived closer. Definite recommendation if you pass by Bellingham since its close to freeway. Friendly and helpful staff.

More BBQ sauce flavor options would be nice, especially since the pulled pork was tender but not flavored. The BBQ sauce provided had an unusual taste (some might love it). The beans also tasted vaguely of kool aid?Cornbread and brisket were good!

Fabulous welcome on my first time to Big Stick BBQ. Arrived about 20 minutes before closing time (7:00 PM) - ended up with to go. Delicious! Ribs, pork belly burnt ends, beans, brisket Reuben, coleslaw…..all amazing! Only disappointment was that they were out of Mac & cheese but that’s because it’s a best seller! Will try again for that! The 2 young men who helped me were so friendly, informative, sweet & cheerful! I had many questions that they answered with a smile!

Fantastic experience! Very quick service. The food was very traditional BBQ. I highly recommend it!

They just started serving breakfast and the breakfast burrito with brisket was so good!! The hash in a bowl looked amazing as well. I’ve also had the spicy Texas chili as well, pulled pork sandwich, sliders and numerous specials. The owners are fabulous. Would highly recommend.

?Yes. The brisket burger satisfied the deep Texan within me so intensely I considered ordering a second but realized that would surely make driving home a struggle. I recommend when you go to get two and save the half of the second for when you are at home and can sit comfortably on a soft surface because you will surely pass out afterward. It takes skill to get that fall apart juiciness. Those crispy end pieces. That welcoming warm hug smokiness that makes you close your eyes to focus on the only sense that matters in that moment. What I mean to say is that the barbecue here is damn good and if you havent had it yet get in your car already!

The bbq is perfect, the sides are delicious and the service is great. The couple that own it do all the cooking. I dont usually eat coleslaw-I love Big Stick's coleslaw. Hard to say I have a favorite but try the Texas Ruben.

We had the brisket and I indulged in two sides: mac n cheese and coleslaw. Neither side was typical with added heat and distinct flavors. You will not be disappointed!
