"Fancy Like" brought me into Applebee's for the first time! We didn't order bourbon street steak or Oreo milkshake. What did we order? Yes, I am the one who ordered a salad at Applebee's. I don't think Walker Hayes would've included a salad in Fancy Like lyrics. However, I expected more greens for the Oriental Chicken Salad as it was mostly crispy rice noodles. The greens did look a bit wilted. The rib for the Prime Rib Dipper is quite salty. The dipper didn't help bring the saltiness down. Took our Grandson to lunch. He had the BBQ chicken &Mac and cheese and loved it! I had a marvelous Southwest bowl. Sooooo good. Can't wait to go back!
I have ordered multiple times on late nights after work when I don’t feel like making a meal , and they are good fairly decently priced meals , with a awesome amount of customization you can do via apps like door dash. I get people expect more, but for a commercial chain restaurant with the sizeable menu they do a good job. Can’t speak on In house service , but most definitely grateful for their approach to take out ; never cold , shakes even still cold.
The food was amazing! My server was extremely friendly and helpful. All in all it was a wonderful experience!
From the moment that we walked in the door, our service was exemplary! The greater was fun and energetic and set the mood for our entire experience. Our server was amazing and not overly attentive so that he was bothersome. He just quietly saw to our needs and did his job in a way that you would think that he worked at a five-star restaurant. The food was amazing! My daughter's Burger was juicy and cooked to perfection and my oriental chicken salad was absolutely incredible! I cannot wait to go again!
Only reason I gave it a three was because the service and lemonade was delightful. Alex, our server, was a shining star. Otherwise the food was dismal. There was so much oil on my plate I was surprised the US military hadn’t invaded it

Worst service I received at this location. First the host tried to seat 5 of us at a 4 top which gave us no room and they had other tables that sat 6. She pulled up a chair at the end which limited our space and put that individual out in the walking path of everyone going by. We had to ask to be moved which they did. Next the server brings out a milkshake to our table that was dripping everywhere. You couldn’t touch the glass without getting it all over your hand and it was all over the table. She said she would be back to clean it up which she never did. At the end of our meal we were ready to go but it took us 20 minutes to get her attention just so we could pay. We asked for to-go containers which she never brought. We just left our food we wanted to take after we paid and left. They weren’t busy so it wasn’t like she was over worked.
